The treatments given here are fairly effective. Dr. Sudha is a very experienced ayurveda practitioner. The staff is trained and courteous.

Very peaceful ambience first. And The Dr. Sudha will listen you properly and then will prescribe you meds. So, tell each and everything you feel connected with your ailment. I have never seen her in haste. I am under regular medication from her. She is a gem of Ayurveda field.

I think in Delhi there are just two honest and experienced Ayurveda centres. One is Dr. Sudha's and the other is at Holy family. I have been to a few more but none stand close to either of these two.

Dr. Sudha is very experienced and she takes personal interest in the treatment. Her facility for panchkarma treatments is one of the best.

Though the treatment may seem expensive to some, the Medicines are priced moderately.

The massage therapist are very experienced and they know what they are doing.

In all I have had good experience here and would recommend this Center if you are suffering from chronic desease.

I, Wg Cdr Balwnnt Singh Bhati, Air Veteran, 73 yrs old visited Dr Sudha's Ayurveda Kendra at Safderjung, Delhi for treatment of severe backache, slip disc, sciatica and onset of tremors issue in right hand thumb. These problems started in 2015. Visited many Spine Surgeons, Neuro Surgeons in Pune, Mumbai and Jodhpur. All opined for Surgery at the earliest. I did not want to undergo scissor and hence reached this Ayurveda Kendra at Safderjung.

Very good experience and got good treatment for psoriasis. As it is yogurt massage based treatment and whole process needs 4 hrs, will continue after winters. Would be fine for all skin ailments, body aches, general stress, i feel.

Very good place for treatment of back, legs, cervical, neck etc. However, one should go with sufficient time for treatment.

EXCELLENT! My husband, my daughter and I have had a very long association with Dr Sudha Ashokan. We have been completely cured of our long term ailments. My husband came in with a severe case of Cervical Spondylitis in 1994. He got completely cured and has not had the problem since then, to date. I got myself treated for both osteoarthritis and asthma in 2000 and 2005 respectively. The problem has not recurred till date. My daughter met with an accident and fractured her tailbone. Dr.is so professional who recommends everyone for oil msg for 21 days forcely which cost is around 3500/- per day and says if you not takes this treatment then medicine will not effect properly, when I taken treatment for 7 days only then she behaved very roudly,
"in 7 days no effect of this treatment but don't know about 21 days"

A great place to visit for Ayurveda treatment.
Doctor are well trained and having good experience. You can visit this place with an appointment and can visit as per availability of doctors. Staff are very caring and active. It would be better if you go to this place with he help of GPS because this is located inside from main road. Parking lot is not there as this place is in residential area, so better go by cabs or 2 wheeler or take your 4 wheeler and look for a area to park your car. Do not park in front of someone house. Inside ambience is very good and clam. I recommend this place for Ayurveda treatment.
