Great service and genuine products. Got my PS5 from DT Zone and they shipped it out without any hassle.

I ordered Playstation dualsense controller from DT Zone and got the controller delivered within 2 hours.

The controller is working well and it is also the newer version, which is said to have no stick drift issue.

Poor experience don't buy and trust from a shop like this shop! Looks authentic, however I bought ps4 controller new. On the back model number was diffrent from the box and the Buttons, analog
stick were very cheap in quality, go for real sony store or amazon, and gamenation you can replace atleast.

Bought Nintendo Switch special Pokemon edition for very good price.

Got PS5 from Dtzone. Owner is pretty nice and kept me updated and was willing to accommodate last minute changes. One of the nicer guys I have dealt with in last few years of gaming related purchases. Got it before delivery date. Got 2 controllers and a PS5 on MRP.

I don't know why but I think it should be more popular because I visited there and noticed that they have almost all things like most favorite games, controllers new & used both, consoles even PS5 in times of shortage. All things are available but in small quantity not out of stock, just less in stock.

My experience with DT Zone is fabulous. The store owner is easy to reach and always helpful and available. I have purchased a XBox Series S to be delivered to my home city from Delhi. The packaging was perfect and done in a way so that there should not be any damage to the product.

These words came to my mind after my purchase experience of PS5. They not only delivered it to me 2 days before the planned date but also, they replied to each and every query that I put them over WhatsApp. I specifically thanks to Tushar for answering all my queries instantly.

Previously I tried contacting several other offline retailers, some of them claiming to be the oldest in the Playstation business, but none of them were transparent with their price offerings. They all were trying to impose there bundles but DT Zone was clear with pricing and didn’t impose any bundles. It all upto you whether you want anything apart from the console. You can also grab great gaming titles with good offers.

The other thing that made the difference for me was the queries that I asked and got satisfactory replies from DT Zone. Apart from the pricing query the other retailers were not interested in any of my queries and didn’t reply back on any of them.

The feedback become a little longer sorry about that but, in the end a review from a happy satisfied customer.

DT Zone shop is located in the basement of Central Market of Lajpat Nagar 2. This shop mainly deals with repairing of playstation or its accessories. The USP of Dt Zone is that it has used PS3, PS4 and XBox gaming CD's in very good condition. The best part being that they are very cheap. Now to the best part they have the much in demand PS4 in their shop though used but in very good condition. These consoles are not open or repaired and come with all the original accessories. The rates are atleast 10k lower than what you might get online or offline brand new. A special shoutout to TUSHAR in the DT Zone shop in Lajpat Nagar who clarified every doubt and gave the best price possible. Kudos to the whole DT Zone team.
