Red Tapism, cumbersome process and high price in comparison to other dtdc

Don't ever visit this place. Highly unprofessional people. Never deliver on time.

They never call during delivery, just send the parcel back. Frustrated with them.

They are not responsive, if you visit and ask about the charges they will tell you different charges but when you finally go to parcel, then they will charge you high.it is not only about the charges they do not provide full information at the same time, they do not understand their customer.i must say poor service.
