DTDC - MB Road

I booked books for courier from Delhi to Bhilai on 26th May. At the time of booking the boss of the branch and his workers repeatedly said that per package double box with white synthetic sag will be used hence it's weight increases by 2kg per parcel, originally my books weighted about 48.3 kg and they rounded it off to 57kg saying the extra kg added is for double cartoon box which will be used while packaging. They charged me 60₹/kg hence I paid 3420₹ for 57kg. Today it arrived on 4th June and the images shows everything they bluffed about double box packing and hence they charged extra money about 520₹.
And after contacting them they say that they charged me 520₹ extra for tape being used So pls don't be fooled by such people.
