I ordred some tools from a webiste and they used DTDC. It was not delivered to me as its under serviceable area. (which they should not accept for shipping)
Then its returned and its been 25 days and its still not returned to seller and he wont refund or resend me through another courier now. Its the worst courier i have ever seen

If you pay for an express service, be grateful if you even receive your parcel at economy speed! Seriously incompetent at the least.

I dont know why these people give contact number when they don't pick the call. They provide always wrong contact number which are sometimes unavailable, sometimes switched off. I know in these days of corona there is a lot of problems staff shortage etc.etc. But the poorest service is of dtdc really unprofessional and unresponsive

The poorest and worst service. It keeps the orders for atleast 3 days and even more than that. I hope this service centre should be closed or it should work faster and better deal with orders.

Worst service ever experienced.they didn't even moved my parcel from origin for more than 5 days

No proper update provided by courier service. Most of the contact details available are wrong. Would not recommend any to go for dtdc.better go for a speed post thing.atleast timely updates will be provided

Pune DTDC and Delhi DTDC had some communication gap regarding weigh bill due to which they put the parcel on hold and these people are so irresponsible they didn't even inform the customer that it is on hold. It's been more than 15 days since i couriered the parcel and the they stopped picking up my calls after that.the parcel worth was more than 1 lakh and these people don't understand the value of customers parcel.
Poor Service, very unprofessional, would never recommend to use DTDC courier services. Go with some other courier company
