I have again avail the services from them, they were so sweet with me through whole process of the shipment of my parcel. There were some issues on the other part of delivery franchise. But the staff handled it so well that I was so carefree. Really glad to take services from you guys. Would definitely recommend others to take services from y'all.

Very Bad services By DTDC,
I have booked my parcel on 10 September 2022 from Delhi to Prayagraj (U. P.) and paid for Express delivery (paid more rather than normal delivery) they said it will be delivered by maximum 3 days, but it didn't, after many times called to customer care, no resolution. They gave me contact number of Prayagraj office, no one was receiving the call, After doing follow up daily it was delivered After 7 days.
I'll will never take services By DTDC.
