DTDC - Vijay Nagar

Firstly it's trackon service and not dtdc. I sent my parcel through prime delivery yet it took more than 10 days without any update and lots of calls to multiple people to get the package delivered. No one was sure where the package was and it was almost lost if I hadn't called almost all the middleperson and requested my case. A Very stressful event.
