It become little expensive for kids aged 6months to 2 year as charges are same as for child above 2 years and above as their policy.

The place never disappoints and it also has great sit out for adults to sit and sip a coffee

Overpriced.though pretty clean and well maintained.price is the only negative factor that counters all other positives.

The staff is unhelpful; they dismiss children at 9 despite their website indicating a 9: 30 pm dismissal, charging the full price with no half-hour options. For those aged 10 and above, it's not worth the 900 INR for an hour due to limited offerings. Additionally, there's a language barrier.

Good place but very much expensive.they charge 800 rs for one kid for 1 hour. If u dont know how to reduce your over accounted money then you may explore the cafe area too.

Best place for kids, but I would recommend them please increase the time from 60 mins to 90 mins and food was also good for kids.
Please remember that carry your socks and i would recommend don't visit their on weekend.

Highly overpriced. I took my both kids alone. One is 7 year old and younger one is 10 months old. They charged 800rs for 10 month old baby who was there just because of compulsion that I could not leave him alone as noone was there to take care of him. After lot of argument they charged 500rs for younger one. Even flights don't charge for infant's below 1 year. Won't recommend.

Ambience wise Place is good, but parking issue and its expensive 800 Per child with attendant and 500 per extra adult.

An excellent space to let a kid move and play and be energetic.

We have visited today only.it was a great experience, my 6 year old had lots of fun and he was too happy.
Play area is very well Maintained, very hygenic, clean and all COVID measures are followed. Very creatively designed that one hour flies there.
Staff is quite friendly and helpful, smiling and playing with kids.
Washrooms are not only sparkling clean and hygenic but has beautiful interiors.little elephant taps and colourful stairs.
Moet cafe is also part of this place where u can have delicious food, we have tried pasta, pizzas, fish fingers and coffee. Great quality and good quantity.
Cotton candy you can also buy, they will prepare it fresh in front of you.
Have seen ppl celebrating b'days there too.

It is the best play zone of "in house" magnitude I have been to. Facilities and service are very good. It's maintained very well. Our kids had a wonderful time

This is a place where a lot of children come and get a new experience of how they can inculcate their feelings of love for one another. The children were really friendly as they were guided well. An excellent place for them to enjoy their day. Recommended.

Excellent facility. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because they have no maximum number upto which they'll accommodate guests. Being a Sunday it was extremely packed (quite understandable) but this resulted in absolute chaos where kids were literally bumping into each other a lot! While the staff seemed too exhausted to care. I had to ask a staff member to look after the kids.
Have visited before but on a weekday and my experience was way better.
They should probably put in more staff on weekends considering the footfall.

Kids just go crazy after entering the place. They have everything that kids could imagine a play area to have. On the other side it's pricey. 800 bucks for an hour and make sure to take your kid out after 60 mins exact else they'll charge you for another half an hour.

Amazing place for some fun session with delicious food for kids and adults. The security of the child is assured with locked gates and gaurds.

Fun place, but for max 3 year kid. Pretty small and staff is okayish. Air conditioning was bad given the hot summer which can lead to kids and their parents feel irritated. The play area lacked some gadget enabled games.

The place was clean. Snacks were decent. Ok for one time visit. Definitely not worth a repeat visit.

Worst place they don’t know how to talk.they are charging more than anything.even a month we can not take her 10 Month baby inside.my 3 yr old baby was playing inside and 10 month baby was outside crying. I asked them can I take her inside coz she is crying they completely said no n asked me to pay 800.they r not even taking half ticket.zero star for this place.

Neat, clean and tidy. Over all facilitation is amazing. Even got a yearly pass as my kids enjoyed the place. Even the helpers are good with kids.

Visited this place on Tuesday this week with my children. It turned out to be a disaster. When I complained about the things, nobody was there to listen.

So Beware before visiting this place!

We visited with friends and kids had a gala time. The indoor playarea is clean, well maintained and sanitized. The staff is friendly as well. A good place for some playtime as well kids birthday and get-togethers.

She has no basic ethics how to treat someone
They try to dig extra money by telling new rules every other minute
Only 1 parent is allowed if the other parent wants to go they will charge extra 500
And prior you have to tell who will go with the child and that will be valid for thw next full hour

The ambeince of the place is very nicely done, bright and colourful. The play area is big and spacious, however they can improve the seating capacity in the cafeteria as it felt less. But all together its a great place to spend time with your little one.

The booking manager is extremely rude. We had to wait for half hour to discuss party even though we booked appointment. Very expensive place with terrible staff

One of the best play areenas in Delhi NCR. Plush and and extremely beautiful. A must go for all children. Great food and great staff. Every small little detail has been catered for the children from the rest rooms to the cartoon fugures, the colour scheeme. All in all an excellent place for children to be in. A must go.

Amazing playzone. Never knew such a place existed in India. Child friendly with top of the line entertainment, hygienic, stupendous decor and a very courteous n caring staff. A must visit for all kids!

Lovely interiors, Great rides, had a good time with my niece. She loved the ball pit and the interactive screen. A lot of different n new games and rides here. The staff was nice and friendly, best part is the air purification system. Much needed in Delhi now. Enjoyed great food at the cafe. Nutella french toast is a must try.

The whole place is a brand new as of November 2019. It is a nice playing court for kids up to 5 years old - not older than that. The space is extremely limited, owners tried to get maximum profit from every square feet of this basement under luxury vehicles showroom. By the way, if you are driving on your own be aware that there is no parking space - I spent 15 minutes trying to park my car. This is a kids playground - however, no touching and no sitting badges on kids stuff - you can see on the pictures. Overall feeling is positive though. Would I visit it again any time soon? Most probably no. There are many other undiscovered places)

Visited this place inquiring about Birthday party package two days back. There was no staff available to give us details hence the reception staff told us to leave our mobile no and they will arrange callback from executive. Till now no call received! Very bad experience
Also the mobile no given on pamphlet is not being picked and one is switched off.

This is the Best & biggest play zone in Delhi. Amazing play arena for kids & the only play zone which has all new rides which are nowhere to be seen in other play zones like Magic Mirror, Donut Slide, spider web, interactive play screen etc etc. It also has a separate and huge cafe which is run by “Moets” for birthday bash’s and parents too can enjoy ala-carte menu while kids are playing. The whole place is made with international norms & standards. This place is filled with air purifiers keeping in mind children’s health on priority. I took my daughter For 2 hours and she can’t stop talking About her next visit. And yes not to miss out the BATHROOMS they are just outstanding.

Love the place. Was there with my cousins who had a blast and am impressed by the ambience, food, staff.when I read luxury play area I was wondering how can a play area be luxurious and visiting gave me my answer. Must visit, great place for kids birthday celebrations.

Best Party Place for Kids and Adults to Enjoy!
We had my youngest son's birthday party here! Our guests were delighted with the customer service, cleanliness and safety the staff provided. The cleaning process was perpetual yet did not hinder the celebration. My kids and their friends loved it! I will definitely recommend my family and friends to visit. Prices were reasonable and the staff was courteous and helpful. The play area is top notch.
