Worst and rude behaviour, non professional staff. I was in hurry, I told staff to make my urgent appointment they said okay and took charges then I waited and I request doctor to check up then she said to wait more in a very rude way. Also charges very high she took 300 just to tell me that I need ear cleaning and she said to came after 3 days and for that I have to pay 600 extra.

I have pain in my ear took 300 charges for giving me 3 tablets and said to come after 3 days for ear cleaning for that I have to pay 600 more and rejects to do the same day just to earn more.

In any disease, the doctor only gives gas capsules, only the doctor keeps the money from the patient and the medicine also gives non-branded medicines from his clinic. On going to the clinic, you will be charged about Rs. 550 in the name of doctor's fee and nonbranded medicine and you will only feel cheated in the name of treatment. Moreover, the behavior of the doctor with his staff is very bad.

Too Expensive!
900rs for ear cleaning is so expensive. Although the cleaning fee they've mentioned is 600 but they charged me addtional OPD fee of 300.

What's the point of charging OPD fee when I'm already coming with the diagnosis of ear wax build up and upforntly told that I need ear wax cleaning?

The procedue just took less than1 min with the Q Tip to pull the ear wax out and I feel paying 900 is too much for just one ear cleaning. Tarun.

Wastage of money & Time. They write medicines on prescription which is only available at there clinic. No discount on medicines.same medicines of other companies are half the price.

My mother is in pain. Everyday she feels aches near the ear area. And the doctor is so ignorant that she doesn't want to have a good look and asks for checkups neither does she want to hear from the patient. All she wants is a cup of tea.
Please don't go to her clinic, it will save your time and money. Worst private doctor.

Since last one week I was suffering from blocked ear with pain. I went to Dr Gurleen, she just cleanes the ears in 5 minutes.she is such an amazing Dr. Lots of gratitude and blessings.

I highly recommend this because of a very sweet behaviour to my child by Dr. Gurleen.

Pls don't go with ratings. Dr Gurleen Kaur I went to diagnose my wife first pay consultant fees than 600 - 700 for ear clean. But next day my wife's ear started flow. I really don't know which degree they got it.

This is the best place to go to when it comes to dental problems. The team was very professional in examining and providing the solution. I had to get RCT done and Dr manpreet did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. She explained to me the whole treatment step by step and made sure that I was comfortable all the time. Fraud and Worst dentist. I visited the dentist for teeth cap for my mother. Her previous cap broke (got it from another dentist), so we approached the dentist of dukh niwaran medical center. He immediately took the size of the teeth, without removing the previous cap, it was trap for taking money (who takes size of teeth without removing broken cap) and told us to deposit money for new cap. We gave him the money. After 15 days, we visited him and he told us to give measurements again (this tym after removing cap), but he said the lab person is not available today. So we waited for another 6-7 days. After that my mother rushed to her hometown due to some emergency. I called this doctor for refund because he hadn't taken the measurements. He started making excuses that he gave the money to the lab person and that lab person gave that money to their higher authority (i mean without measurements, he gave money to the lab person). Sir paise nhi Dene wapis to direct mana kr do na, but don't make these fraud excuses.

I have visited here twice, the usual doctor visit experience that we have in our head will change once you are here.

ENT specialist is a really sweet and down to earth person who specialises more in empathy and sympathy apart from being the best in her profession. She will listen to you, look at your problem and prescribe a easy fix, all with a smile.

Everything is commendable.
The staff, doctor, treatment is undoubtedly very remarkable.
The main thing is that they don't beat around the bush for making money.if your problem can be solve in one consultation then they don't recall you unnecessarily.
