Great experience at Kirti Nagar Duroflex experience centre. The staff - specifically Mr Mohit Sharma was very cooperative and explained in detail about the usage and type of all mattresses.
A must visit when planning to buy a mattress.

It was a very comfortable mattress, i bought an orthopedic mattress for my back pain, It's a good mattress. The staff had good knowledge regarding customer comfort and they gave me a better suggestion I must visit here to buy a good product thanku duroflex.

I recently bought 3-4 mattresses of different brands and from different showrooms/shops. One of them is duroflex livein duropedics mattress (customized). It was delivered nicely packed however delayed by 3-4 days from the estimated time. The mattress is very comfortable as of now. But, it is round in corner and doesn't fit well with the square shape corners. Sharing two pics of different mattresses for look comparison.

Very comfortable neck rest pillow, we bought a pillow for us due to cervical pain, its a good pilllow, must visit here to buyng a good product.thnk to duroflex

Purchased an admire honey king sized bed and Balance mattress from Duroflex exp centre at Kiriti nagar this april. Both bed and matress were delivered and assembled same day very efficiently and quickly. Mohit and his team went out of the way to help accommodate a tight timeline I had for delivery and assembly! Thank you team. Delivery was within the stipulated time commited and mohit helped get the bed assembled the service team within a short notice.

Went to duroflex kirti nagar to experience furniture. Bought a bed along with mattress and sofa.

Edit: A part of the Bed broke just after installation, support from the showroom is not to be expected, after complaints through the support centre, part has been shipped, cant comment on the quality of the products as it has been 2 weeks since purchase but couldn't use the product. May be after replacing i would be able to put the bed to use. Just hopefull and not satisfied.

We visited this store in Duroflex Experience Center randomly and saw some amazing and different kinds of mattress there. I enjoyed laying on all the mattress and staff members was very polite and professional and knowledgeable and staff did explained the qualities of all the mattress. Staff member Tanun. Was having very deep modern knowledge of mattress technologies as well as he was having knowledge of
human body postures and medical knowledge related to sleep and important of mattress. Eventually Staff members shared his honest suggestions as per our requirements and guided us very well to buy right kind mattress for us. Thanks to Duraflex to hire such professionals to Deal with customers.

Overall very nice experience. We were looking for a right kind of mattress for us but got confused by different dealers. Duroflex experience centre solved our confusion and really helped us to select the right thing. The entire team is well behaved but we would appreciate Mr. Tanuj for his sound product knowledge and customer handling process. All the best for him.

Had an amazing experience, loved the mattresses as they are really comfortable and durable too. Best part was the store one of the executives. Definitely best mattress company and will highly recommend to friends and relatives too.
