Great place to hang out and dine in. Their drinks are amazing. Got lucky to try their current offers going on for unlimited drinks. Banarasi Patiala is hands down their best drink. Also LIITs are a must try here too. Food is delicious and their service is top notch. Highly recommended

Amazing place to hang out in Dwarka. This place is full of energy and positive vibes. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They really make good and efficient use of mobile applications for placing orders. You just have to scan the QR code on the table and place your order online. You will get your order quickly without any hassle. We ordered drinks and some starters. Food was delicious and properly cooked. DJ was very good and playing good music. Only thing negative is finding a good table on a weekend due to heavy crowd. Overall, a very good place to spend time and money. Highly Recommended.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred during my recent visit to your Dwarka Social.

For the past six months, my friends and I have enjoyed frequenting social outlets across Delhi NCR, but unfortunately, our positive experiences came to an abrupt end due to the unacceptable behavior we encountered from your staff.

On a weekend, I obtained approval for three stag entries at 9 pm from the restaurant manager, and this was promptly granted within five minutes. However, upon arriving at the outlet and encountering Shashi Bhusan at the podium, we were shocked to hear him say, "dance floor pe dikh mat jaana warna bhaga dunga or entry ban kar dunga. "

This statement led to a heated argument, during which I politely questioned the appropriateness of his words. Regrettably, the situation escalated further as Shashi Bhusan began to argue and use abusive language. What's concerning is that this incident unfolded in front of the restaurant manager, who, unfortunately, lacked the courage to pacify Shashi Bhusan.

It's disheartening to note that, despite being part of a reputed restaurant chain, such incidents occur. It appears there may be a lapse in background checks, allowing employees like Shashi Bhusan to tarnish the restaurant's reputation rather than prioritize good customer service.

I kindly request your immediate intervention in this matter to investigate the incident thoroughly and take appropriate action against Shashi Bhusan. I believe addressing this issue promptly will not only rectify the damage caused but also contribute to maintaining the high standards expected from your esteemed restaurant chain.

The Vibe is awesome, the Food and Drinks menu is well curated. The Sizzler does need some "Sizzle" though

Nice ambience & crowd (yes even during corona times.). Food reasonably worth. Drinks expensive for sure. When some restaurant offer food it’s the material + culinary skill of chef + time taken for preparation is added but drinks (not talking about cocktails but simply plain drinks) you just buy from the store and serve & charge 10 times more is certainly NOT appreciated and definitely NOT worth it. Don’t loot and discourage many who would otherwise love to visit more often. Management is taking care of hygiene but definitely NOT following the protocol of COVID -19 times.people are dancing at the very small makeshift dance area without mask & it could be dangerous. 2 starts are removed because of the above two reasons.

So, people should go there for a pleasant & joyful time but don’t waste your ₹₹₹₹ on expensive booze & take precaution during corona times than to regret later.
Hope management would listen & initiate the necessary action.

The new normal is not customer friendly, it is very difficult to find the menu on mobile where network is less available, and there is no other mode to order, simplify the ordering process, the tiny room has many mosquito to accompany.

The place is nice but the services are very very poor. There is a tsunami of staff but the order takes like ages to come through even after repeated requests. The ambience is the only thing which can be appreciated with the interiors done very nicely. Of they work on their services they can really do very well and keep up the name of the brand.
Menu also can be updated a bit. Not many choices. Hope to see better services next time around.

The interior here is by all means one of the best that I have seen so far in any Social. The staff was great, humble and polite! Sanitization was taken care of throughout the place.

The momo platter was delicious and so was the chilli paneer. Great place to spend some quality time with friends over food!

Dwarka Social is the place to be ️ I visited this place a month ago with my college friends and had an awesome time The service was great with polite staff. Food was so good and tasty

Had the oreo mud pot shake here. Not worth the cost of it at all. Keventers' shake is a thousand times better than this.

It is on the 5th floor of Vegas Mall. Very nice seating area with an option of seating variety available. The food is amazing and worth the money. Tried the Chinese non veg thali and it was really well made. The staff was good and followed covid precautions. The vibe and food is a plus plus.

Not being pessimistic or too critical but they are literally letting down the name & respect earned by Social Hauz Khas.

Average tasting food with all the fillings/toppings dropping, a real bad staff with no respect shown to the customers except Vipin & below par interiors.

They play song with unbearable sound. The volume is so high that you cannot enjoy. You will only come back with big headache. I will not visit this place again. Completely bakwaas

Extra loud music very much discomfort. Pathetic service and pathetic taste. Will never ever go again. I don’t give reviews generally but Social experience was so bad that I have to write it genuinely. No sanitisation being done when customer leaves the place. They were cleaning the place in a normal way.

Service is too slow, new normal ways are good however service should be improved and at least 1 person should be available for 2-3 tables to assist or to provide basic things like napkins, water and cutlery. Ambience is good sitting style is good. Nice concept

The ambience and the concept of this Social was good. The service was alao fast and they also had separate seating areas. The food was however okayish. I liked the pizza but the mezze platter was very blant.

The staff is rude and they don't talk to the customers properly, the manager here is absolutely offensive and ill-mannered. The management is extremely poor with totally disappointing staff.

The place is good and since it opened in lockdown they have taken care of social distancing. The seating plan is very well planned.
The food, i absolutely love their food and especially the way the food is served. Their presentation is top notch.

I booked a table from dineout and got 15 percent discount on the bill. Overall I had a great experience, the place was fun and also had bunker tables, you have too order food online even if you're there.

Lovely place for a get together or a date with a great ambience. It can b a photogenic too because of their themed seating. Must visit amd know what it is.

Pathetic service pathetic food not recommended if you are in dwarka. Prefer other after hours and other cafe. Don't come here for enjoyment or any birthday part.

Social has always been one of my all time favourites. So I was naturally very happy when it's newest outlet opened about 5 mins from my home. The place has been beautifully designed and has a modern feel with a rustic touch. The menu has been redesigned slightly and made completely online to reduce human interaction. The food was undoubtedly tasty and portion sizes were sufficient. What lacked was that the restaurant owners failed to keep up the basics of hygiene while preparing the food. I found a strand of hair in my food which spoiled the entire mood of my outing. Though the food was replaced almost immediately but there was hardly any remorse shown by the restaurant manager. This was a bit unexpected from a reputed restuarant like Social.

Still giving it a 4-star as I wouldn't want a single act spoil what otherwise is a wonderful experience.

The food is really good but the service is so poor and the staff is not cooperative at all. Very very disgusting customer service. If you really want to visit Social, visit the Hauz khas one, it’s infinitely better.
