Honestly, if there was an option to give 0 star i would have chosen that. They’re just sitting there to fool the customers. Especially the service centre guys! If you’re getting your vehicle serviced from them, be prepared to come back again after the service because they will definitely leave a defect in your vehicle and when you come back for that they’ll blame you for the defect and ask you to pay again for the fix. Customer dealing - 0, Services - 0, asking for money - 10/10! These guys have the audacity to change their statements on your face, and do not have the basic ethics to deal with a customer. Would never recommend to get your services done or even buy a vehicle from them!
Bahut bekar services hai. Kal hi bike thik krwa kr aya bta bhi bar bar bike band ho jati highway se ana jana hai thik se dekh lo kyo band ho jati hai. Dhakka mar kr start krni padti bolte sub thik hai koi dikkat nhi next day hi highway pr band ho gai Rat mai, dhakka lagwa kr start krwana pada. Bike wash ke name pr to sahi majak bana rakha isse acha to hum apne ghar pr hi kapda mar lete hai tb jada sine krti hai. Waiting ak din bike services krwana hai to bhul jao ghar office subh aao evening mai jao. 10 bakh ka gya hua 5 bajh bike mil rahi hai wo normal services number tha 16 bus. Tab ue haal hai. Aise hi is bike ko le kr pachta raha hu. Uper se service centre bhai aise hi hai. Ram bharose.
Sales team or service team management good, all except Nice person Amit ji Only facilities problem Tea or coffee machine not working when me visit 3 time always not working or other facilities good after 3 days my vehicle problem start again, they given me a temporary solution for front brake noise
We have purchased access 125 from Suzuki mahavir Enclave showroom and feel very awesome by now just because it's product and that they are providing services in this area. One more thing, the sales manager, Arun, helped us in finalise the model. He is very polite, helpful and always wears smile. Must say asset to this showroom. Keep it up Arun!
Worst customer service ever, no civic training at all. It seems they are in for their hours and ready to leave whenever the time hits. Needs CSR training badly.
Pathetic service center. They would never work on your complaint in the first go and would make you come again. The staff is so careless that they "FORGOT" to change the engine oil in routine service.
The new management of the service centre is actively helpful and resolving issues quickly. Really appreciate the technicians gave an all round check up to my bike and made it as good as new.

Nice neat and clean place, range of newspaper, magazine and facility to pass your time while getting your scooter and bike service done. They understand each and every problem and initiate to buy new AMC's and warranty offers to save customers money and time. Workshop Manager - Mr. Alok Kumar Dixit - a well versed, versatile, qualified, generous and decent person who not only attend all the customers in equal polite manner with a high level knowledge and he personally thinks that every customer should be go happy while exiting the workshop.
This service center is increasing their efficiency and customer support after multiple disappointment! Finally got a good service for my sf250. Staff has changed their behaviour to support customers.
Here, at G. D motora mahavir enclave, I had a great Customer experience. They give end to end explanation of the vehicle, and also give knowledge of the other accessories. I would suggest to give a try at this showroom for better customer experience.

The dealership, and the scooty are worth 5 stars. M much satisfied with how professionally and proficiently premlata showed us the vehicle and explained thoroughly about it. Furthermore, she helped at every step in purchase and delivery of scooty. I am getting 55+ kmpl average so i am happy with the vehicle.service centre need to be improved in area sector as it is very small. My overall experience with suzuki is excellent so far. All 5 stars ratings are fake. Very poor service done by this service station. Just wasting time of all the customers. Local mechanic are more better than this service centre. I want to give negative rating.
Best experience ever. I have Gixxer 250 which I have been using from last 1 year. I have been to ladakh on it. Very comfortable for long rides for everyone. Mielage is also good 40+. Staff is really good and polite. The director is a nice man. He is very polite.
Good and knowledgeable staff. Unlike other Sales team not engaged into upselling useless things. Gave proper description and advice what to go for and what not.
Good work by dwarka suzuki. I love the way that the manager deals the customers. Whenever I visit the showroom it is full of good environment. The dealing is very good. They serve tea and water everytime.

Firstly, don't trust the 5 star reviews, it's by the staff to improve the rating. I'm planning to sell my Suzuki 2 wheeler just because of the pathetic after sales service. There no sense of how to talk to the customer, specially Mr. Abhishek, he has no professionalism whatsoever (a person who has top buttons open of his shirt and the inner vest is visible at work, you can imagine how professional he is and how seriously he takes his job). This is probably my 8th visit and all 8 times I was disappointed. Reading other customers reviews one can imagine how much stress you go through when you're at this service centre. The dealership must hire better people who are calm, understanding and try to solve customer queries rather than arguing. The staff takes too much time for everything, even the manager just pretends to be helpful, he actually doesn't help. We have to remind and push people to work, otherwise they will waste all your precious time and money. I would urge people not to buy anything from Suzuki unless you want a lot of stress in your life.
Very bad service. Yaha maine half engine ki reparing karwai thi suzuki service center walo ne 10500 rs charge kiya but scooty ache se bhi nahi chal rahi. Agar 0 option hota mao 0 rating deta. Very bad service
Terrible services. Takes hell lot of money and after that also services are not at all worth. Paid ₹10000 for access servicing and the part which was working prior to servicing Stopped functioning. Paid additional 3K to different service station again within 15 days. They just don’t communicate. Zero value for money. Zero customer value & satisfaction.
Worst Experience with this Firm (Dwarka Suzuki, Palam main). Poorest Service. From Top to Bottom (Manager to Service Man), all are doing eyewash. The Team Work is missing among them. It result worst experience of Customers like us.
Pathetic service centre! Customer dealing is zoro, no value of time, keep extanding the time period, biggest mistake that I went to this service centre and ask to repair my bike, I dont know why they told to arrange the call back if they are not willing to do that it's been number of time they told me they will call me back in 5 min thn no call back for a week I think for 5 min equals to 5 days. No spare parts availablity with them even they provide information to you is always wrong. Not recommend for any kind of service or repairing.just praying god that i will get my bike back. And yes forget to mention that no value for people life lot of people inside at same time not actually following the norms given by #delhigoverment #centralgoverment at this COVID 19 time staff moveing around without wearing mask.

First time experience. Very Bad Service Centre & poor customer service. They are just fooling people even basic things like Airfilter, Seat covers are not available with them. Management is very poor & badly organised. Manager Shubhangi is very arrogant and does not deserve this post.nobody listens here. People are very bossy. I recommend people not to visit for just wasting their precious time. Think of some other place
The attitude of staff is very bad at there palam service center, nothing is available there for every part of bike you have to wait for 2-3 weeks. But there mechanic Mahesh is very good and helpful.
Don't come here for any type of fitment or service.its thousand time better to go any road side mechanic. Here you will be looted for different charges and services, which is not asked by you but you have to pay for that.
My biggest mistake of visiting there. After servicing day 1 didn't drive, day 2 on the way to office got V belt burned. Somehow managed to get it replaced in road side and got late and in evening I found front light not working. I was daily driving 30km too and Fro for office after getting full servicing from here. I regret the day I thought will be good for servicing and choose this shop for it
