Fraud consultancy! Dynamic Staffing Solutions actual name is DS business solutions but they are using Dynamic staffing services name which is a reputed consultant in different regions. I too got to know later on while searching.
Please dont get trapped with this Cheapsters!
First they called me for overseas job opportunity with good package after agreeing to them they informed me to pay 3500rs charges as their profile selection, process regarding your job. After paying the same amount they scheduled an telephonic interview. On next day i received an email stating salary summary etc.they called me and said you got selected for the position as you already received an email regarding the same. Now for further process you have to pay 18500 rs medical charges and 12500 rs visa Emigration charges without any offer letter from the company. While asking offer letter, they said you would have a skype introduction with HR team in that you would get the offer letter after completion of these payments. Which is totally wrong!
As per my experience this process is totally wrong. If you have selected in any company, First you would get an Offer letter after accepting the offer letter all this medical and visa process will be done!
So Pls pls don't get trapped/fraud by this consultancy.

Fraud don't pay any amount even it is 3k or 2k. Especially when they say it will be refunded they it is 100% fake just to give us assurity that your money is safe that's all.

I got a call from this agency Stating that my profile matches for their client, Dolphin Plant Qatar. On the first call (even before the Interview), they told me the salary will be QAR13,500-14,500 (which is upto the interviewer), family status etc. 3 rounds of interview will be held and so and so, at last they asked for Rs3500 as their charges. If I dont get a job in 15 days, they will refund the amount.
As per my understanding and experience, agency will charge a small amount as their service charge (last time I was charged Rs1400 during medical examination to an Oman company in which I worked) after we receive offer-letter. I didnt accept the email. Please be careful about this
