I highly recommend this office for newbies looking for great career opportunities. The atmosphere is supportive and caring. But be careful of YOGESH TEAM as he might hold you back. He's not a nice person in the office. Overall, it's a fantastic place to start your career.

They ask people to put their phones outside in boxes during working hours, which is necessarily cutting them off from the outside world. And mind you the working hours are insanely long with a half an hour break. Absolutely insane. How do you expect people to work in such working environment without it taking toll on their mental health?

Edit: Since I can't seem to find a way to reply to the owner. I am not an employee but someone I know did join and they were not informed about this rule beforehand. The company's goals in question need toxic working environment to be attained? Then best of luck to everyone who works here.

Positives:
You will learn your skills, since it’s a startup company.you will get to learn skills.
They provide with lunch meal.
Kamal sir (manager) is very supportive.
Colleagues are supportive too.

Negatives:
The office location is in village. The location is not good at all.
It is 6 days working.
9 hours are working and half an hour is break.
You’re not allowed to leave office premises until logout.
Work load is there, and you have to do same work repeatedly.
Internal management and Human Resource system needs much improvement.
Remuneration/ salary is very less.

The overall experience is impressive and I love the way the employees of the organization completes their projects with efficiency. My one year of journey was nice and I learn a lot of things. Thank you EGSS to give me the opportunity to work here and learn various new things.

The location of this place is as pathetic as the people working in this company. The managers think everyone as slaves and shout and insult horribly in front of everyone even for lttle mistakes. Work environment is third class, full of toxic people that have nothing to offer in terms of learning. The comoany doesnt provide decent salary and benefits. You become a prisoner the moment you enter this company have to submit your phone, they dont allow you to talk, have coffee, even take a break. Work consistently like donkeys till 7, sometimes even after when your sfhit ends and still you will get no growth and no appreciation.dont ruin your peace of mind and physical health for such company.

This company is like a jail! The work environment is horrible. You can't use your phone, you can't talk to anyone, and you can't do anything without someone watching you. It's like you're constantly being monitored! The worst part is that you don't get paid much for all the hard work you do. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Avoid it at all costs!

I have been worked here for more than 8 months. There is so much scope of learning as a fresher in this company. I learned so much new things and worked on US-based projects.

Unfortunately, this is not the place where you will see your long-time growth. There are so many areas in which management need to work.

First of all, create a good working environment and stop making unnecessary rules. Don't make your employees feel like they are working in some school or prison. Once the employees of this company feel less pressurized and more appreciated, it will become the great place to work and grow.

Very bad work environment. People leave within 2-3 days of joining because of it. The team leaders are just worse, very toxic, rude, and mannerless.

The company will keep you waiting for your increment and when it's finally the time, either they terminate you or create situtations that you want you leave on your own. That is the strategy. No salary growth, no promotion, nothing, you will just end up losing your precious peace of mind.

Worse company to work in! If you want to save yourself from depression and dirty politics, don't go there. You will end up in depression, exhaustion, and perhaps physically sick if you work here. It's better to work in a startup company than this hell; atleast you will learn something there. If you want to grow as an individual and gain professional skills EGLOBAL is the worse company to work in. Also, you will not get any promotion and increment because only the relatives can get it there or they will fire you before you complete your tenure.
