E Sub Registrar Office

Well designed and a spacious, facility, for registration of documents.
Must say, for once, a pleasure, to conclude the business.
Waiting time, was minimal and the staff was rather polite and efficient.

Seriously very disappointed with there staff, first appointment always at 10 am, usually most of the staff comes around 10.30, most of the time they always says sever down, they don’t have value of time of the peoples, as they are public servants but they didn’t help to any one sply lady sub registrar. Poor behaviour…

Staff works very casually here. Typical sarkari daftar. For one certified copy they made me run 4 times. Taking leave from my office. They are playing such an important role and hardly check documents. Pathetic experience.
When you reach at 1pm they will ask you to come at 4: 30 PM and when u again come at said time then they will say. Time over. Kal ana. Chutti ho gai.

This place eazy to reach and good parking space here good people here govt staff is also working fine

I took a leave from my office and went there for 2 minutes of work, they said internet is not working, since morning 10 am till evening and no work is done. They said our site works only on MTNL internet not on any other broadband service provider.
This is the reason given by them. All the stafffs were roaming here and there. With no action taken. I asked them why this site works only on MTNL broadband they said it is the contract of of office will MTNL. And everyone knows how MTNL broadband service is in 2023.

I visted for updation of picture and contact number in AADHAR UPDATION CENTRE Booth No. 13, the person was very helpful and within minutes he did that

Pathetic experience with the registrar for birth certificate attestation took more then hour.with few People only. That's y privatization is the best solution.

Very nice and clean office. Staff and sub registrar is approachable. You can get your document registered easily.

I had visited this office few days back. It's located well behind qutub minar. The most memorable experience for me was how the officials treated me there. Every staffs were so competent and cooperative. They gave precise and correct information and cleared our all queries regarding registration of the property.

Neat and clean place. Good provision of chairs to seat the people waiting for their turn. Computerization has increased the proficiency of the Staff. Not much time was taken in processing the Registration documents. Sufficient car parking space close to the e registration office.

Very well organized. Probably the next best after Passport Seva Kendra in terms of citizen treatment.

One thing that I would like to comment on is the sitting/waiting room for people. The waiting room is specifically for the witnesses and the person selling and buying the property but there is no sitting area or room for those who were accompanying them. We just had to sit outside the facility in scorching heat.

Staff is totally non cooperative, all work possible only through middle man, rough behavioral gate keepers and guards.not a maintained place, very untidy and dirty place with dirty toilets specially for females, very difficult for elder people. Request the authorities to atleast maintain the neatness and keep the toilet clean.

Three stars only for Alok mishra ji (Tehsildar). Public service provided by other staff is very slow.

It's very nice and clean place but on name of service these people need really reworking on their processes. The respect for time is a concept which is non-existant for people working at this place. The appointment of 10 AM can easily take 3 hours longer for you to be part of process even when you have entire documentation ready.
Professionalism is lacking here and the attitude of employees is really un-concerning. Hope govt does more to get these places at par with private professional set-ups.

Hand over all your works to Broker and get your work done as soon as possible. Broker Fee 500/-

Nature of Registrar is awesome!
Recommendation: all papers should be ready so your work will done in 1/2 hour as stamping, online fee payment, witness, thumb impression etc.

Don't Worry if you do not have witness.

importants: 1.must be reached at appointment date and 1/2 hour before time to get token number.
2.stamp pad and fevicol and other stuff must be kept.

Stupid staff. No manners. No customer service. No power backup for computers. Not willing to do any work whatsoever.

A very bad place for visitors. A makeshift parking is on the other side of heavy traffic road. In the courtyard you will see debris and filth lying all around. Some ongoing construction activity makes the whole complex very dirty. The whole complex is a eyesore from the architectural point of view. Lot of flies and insects will give you a good company. But some things have improved. Like waiting time has gone down because of the computerised appointments. Govt earns in crores per day from this as stamp duties and taxes, surely the visitors deserve a much better office complex with better facilities.

No board informing public about the registration process, fees, relevant windows where processing happens.
