Hi, The hospital is very good for every type of treatment. I have taken service many times from this hospital. The hospital staff is very supportive and polite.
Recently my baby boy born in this hospital. They decorate the room with some balloons and The most happy things was that they arranged a cake and click some photos at the time of discharge.

I have visited east delhi medical center for my pregnancy journey. Dr. Jyoti reddy is a best Gyne I have ever experienced.
Before meeting with Dr. Jyoti, I have
consulted with few other gynae who are
just professional with their patients
however Dr Jyoti is out of the world I
would say, she not only listen everyone
very patiently n calmly and give personal
touch to all. I had so many complications in my pregnancy journey but the way she handled my case, are just superb in spite of so
many complications she managed so well. Usually I have seen so many cases
where patients wants normal delivery
but doctors threaten them with so many
issues n complications n patients has to
agree for C sec but Dr Jyoti only
prefer to do normal deliveries n tries her
best till the end. I would recommend

I visited for treatment of my mother. They took appropriate action and resolve the issue. Staff and doctors are good but it is some expensive on some parts as i felt. They also charged 2% charge on CC payments which never do that with patient who are already in big trouble. They also give some relaxation to senior citizens who comes in without panel or any insurance.

Hospital staff is very helpful and doctors are well qualified and experienced. Services are also good. I recommend this hospital if you have not major chronic disease like heart diseases. They accept panel also.

Dr. Jyoti Reddy is one of best gynecologist I have ever seen. Inspecting for a good and experienced gynee go to her she will solve all your problems.

This is specially for dr jyoti reddy, she is the best doctor for normal delivery, during the labour pain I approach her for c section but she denied and she trying hard for normal delivery, I blessed with baby girl, only because of her. I suggest to other people for taking the treatment of her. I am blessed I found dr reddy for my delivery and suggest to all. She is best.

I had two experience with EDMC recently and both were amazing. The best service I have ever seen iny life. Each and evey person of EDMC deserve an appreciation from a security guard to HR. 1st Receptionist Mamta, Neeraj Ward boy then Dr. Praveen Garg and Dr. Amar Gautam while visiting to OPD they all were really helpful and very polite.
When I made my wife hospitalized then also all the nursing staff, ward boys, housekeeping staff and all the Aaya's they all treated my wife like their family member I was getting a feeling that we are not in any hospital it was like we are getting treatment at our home. When it comes to nursing staff those are all amazing always there to take care on single call and maximum time they used to come to check the current status of my wife proactively in evey half an hour. During hospitalisation Dr. Praveen Garg (most lovable person), Dr. Amar Gautam and Dr. Hussain keeps on visiting to check my wife current health condition. Even before discharge they asked my wife first if she is feeling ok to go back home or not. Once my wife confirm then only they discharge my wife. When it comes to TPA Mr. Namit was there who was Continuesly in touch with me and taking care of all the paper formalities. Once again would like to give my heartful thanks to every individual of EDMC. This is the first time i have ever seen in any hospital where direct hospital HR coming to the patient and asking for any area of opportunity to improve the service. That is most appreciate Shilpa Rajput.
I would definitely recommend everyone to prefer East Delhi Medical Center for their any health treatment.
Even when it comes to get treatment in any hospital then for any middle class family cost is most dangerous this but for them would like to inform this hospital is also budget friendly. Don't afraid about the cost while visiting here. Once again Thankyou So Much EDMC.
Only one challenge was there as no tea or coffee available after 8 pm as their cafeteria gets close by 8 PM post that we don't have any option for tea or coffee till morning 8 am. Hence hospital should also look into this as along with the patient and their attendent hospital staff also struggling for tea or coffee after 8 pm. Hospital should also take care of it's all the staff as they deserve it. Rest all good

I visited East Delhi many times for health issues for me and my family. And every time i get the best treatment. All the Doctor are very experienced and soft spoken over there. The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. The staff is courteous, helpful and very attentive. Dr. Paras Gangwal is very experienced doctor in East Delhi Medical Center. I have been consulting him for 10+ years for me, family and my Friends. Recently my mother was very well treated there and she recovered from Corona very soon. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for something similar services.

Good hospital. My mother was admitted in East Delhi in covid ward during that period all staff are very cooperative and caring. So I give full ranking to this hospital now my mother condition is very much better.

All Senior Doctors, Surgeons as well as Owner of Hospital are well experienced & courteous. Various types of services provided in regards to treatment of patients and other medical emergency as well as other vaccines are concerned, are being provided as and administered quiet efficiently. Staff at enquiry as well other junior staff are very cooperative. Ample parking space is available.
