Out of gate no 1, there is so much garbage and it smells really bad. And because of that there are so many cows roaming there in search of food. And many times bulls start fighting and because of that many times accident takes place. It is such shame that Eastend Appartment people don't take any action against all of these.

Nearby Ganda Naala has turned this society into gas chamber and living hell. Credit goes to Delhi Government who believes in freebies for vote bank but zero priority on infrastructure, health and development.

Location is very good. Just Beside of blue line Metro station. A big property with beautiful Greenery. Swimming pool not available. High Rise & Low Rise both buildings available. The Rent is High. But As a resident I am Fully Satisfied

A big housing complex. Well maintained with spacious parking and greenery. Security is well managed and gaurds are very well trained.

On Delhi- Noida border in Mayur Bihar or New Ashok Nagar. High rise residential complex. Its quite old and famous. Looks OK from outside. Residents are OK or happy.

The separate society form the crowd of new Ashok Nagar, good environment inside campus. But it's outside is completely opposite.
Close to New Ashok Nagar metro station.

High standard society place good environment. Every person is well educated the over view of the society is very beautiful.

I can find it a very fine place. You can see here a good class of people. Peaceful area. Park is available for morning walk. Even parking is managed very fine.
Cleanness is also a good point.

Very near to New Ashok Nagar metro station. It is about 100 meters walking distance from new Ashok Nagar metro station. Also there is a small market. A boys senior secondary school is close to east end apartment.

One os the nice appartments in Delhi. But gives stinking smell due to the drain flowing by the side.

The best place to live in the far East of Delhi. Conveniently located adjacent to New Ashok Nagar Metro station with a local market that caters to all your daily needs. Only adverse factor is the dirty surroundings outside. Road full of dirt blowing into your face and stray animals blocking you. Common sight. Overall if you are within the Society it is quite good. Outside not so.

Well diverse community to live in. Housing society in mature vihar phase 1 Extn. Wide approach road and green area around the society.

Nice and big society. It is very near to New Ashok nagar metro station so you can visit easily. At one gate you will find metro station and on another local market of Ashok nagar. People are humble and cooperative. Every Diwali and dusshera there is a big fest organized by society people with lots of stalls.
Cleanness is the only concern here. I guess, society maintenance should work on it as I saw many stray dogs entering inside and in night they are making noise.

My freind lives here the security is tight and the metro station is just at the corner of this society

Everyday somebody is getting attacked or bitten by a dog!
The new lifts installed in apartments are also not up to the grade! Some of the lifts (in some blocks) jerk violently!
And many times they stop!
This society first was a very nice place to live but after constant dog bites, this place is getting dangerous!

My living and loving place. But dog bites are 2 people every day. If its solved then really a good place

An old and big society, security is good, environment is good, sometimes it get smells of sewerage because of outgoing sewerage water canal.

This is loacted in next to new Ashok Nagar. It is well maintain & Beautiful society. They celebrate cultural program like Durga Puja.

Located at a very conjusted locality opposite New Ashok Nagar, it's too dirty, garbage dump area just outside the entrance. Near metro station, has proximity to everything one would need on daily basis. But the location is too crowded and it stinks at the entrance.

This a family flats building near by New Ashok Nagar Metro Station.this place is secure by security Guards on the Gate either you are going outside or enter from outside, you are checked by Guards, so this safe and secure society

East end apartment is a well diverse community to live in. It’s peaceful and safe society. Just opposite New Ashok Nagar metro station makes it convenient to commute to any place in NCR.

Mini-township right on the border with Noida. Good construction. Just across metro station. However, noisy thoroughfare is a dampener.

It is located at the Noida border of east delhi. The society has total 29 blocks with each block having either 8 or 9 floors. Each floor has 4 flats. Also it has the C Type blocks (270 houses) which have 4 floors and does not have lifts as in the previous one. The society is well connected with the blue lone metro through the New Ashok Nagar Metro Station. The security is good. Society has 2 gates, Gate no. 1 for the residents which have a sticker of the society and for visitors, Gate no. 2. Lot of play grounds are available for children to play, some of them have swings too. Inside the society, there is a mother dairy shop and also u can buy groceries from the "6 to 10". You can get almost everything from the market just opposite to the society (groceries, vegetables, meds, saloons, stationery, books, etc.) It also has many facilities, under ground parking space, you can register ur complaint in the society office. Also you can post ur letters through the mail van that comes around 1 pm. It is a very peaceful place to live in.

Clean place. Space availqbe. Safety is best at its service. It has nearby market for friuts vege, shops. Nearby new ashok nagar metro station. This apartment is at main road which gives you space for big vehicles. Near main gate a flowerist shop to give you fresh flowers. Peaceful area with cleaniness. Price worth appartment but for family only.interior facility full furnished.
Eastend appatment is at near new ashok nagar metro station and noida toll. Though it maintain cleaniness but nearby road is always full of garbage dumped by peoples. Always cattle wandered nearby area.inside the area is clean but outside is very unhygienic and dirty.if you can xomprimse with neaeby dustiness. Than you can plan to buy flat in this appartmnet. Area for parking available

This is a good society to live in delhi. It is situated on the border of Delhi and Noida. The New Ashok Nagar metro station is at a stone's throw distance especially from the gate no 2 of east end apartments which also happens to be the gate from where visitors enter the society. The major sectors of noida like sector 15,16 and 18 are within 3 km of distance. The famous GIP mall can be considered as an option for weekend get aways from this place.
The society is well maintained and the open spaces have greenery with trees like neem etc. The parking space is not such a problem and there are open parks where senior citizens come for sun and chit that during winter. There is an excellent temple and a play ground for kids. All in all a complete living for all age groups. Not very modern but highly suitable for families that have senior citizens in them. The rent is approx 30k for a 3 BHK.

The best apartments at the end of Delhi East and in close proximity to Noida Sector 15.5 minutes walk from New Ashok Nagar Metro Station for your commuting needs. Every Friday evening theres is a local vegetable and fruit market. Great place to rent flats for families in this closed society.

One of the good place of Delhi to live. Very silence and well maintained. Can easily get a space to park you car or bike. Educated society with cooperative people.
