They sold me a Rs 1000 membership 3 months back. They promised me an online application where my wife can easily order items and do online payments. I was impressed then.
Some of the noticeable cons from the last 3 months:
1. Offline shopping experience
Sometimes even a lot of daily usable items are not available. Like eggs, bread, milk, butter, etc.
You will get most items outside on any nearby general store but not an Easy day.
If you suggest new items you might be interested to shop for, they don't record any feedback. Again you end up shopping in nearby general stores.
2. Online shopping experience
Most products are not available for shopping online inside the application. The store manager and rest of the staff keep blaming the company and some invisible senior staff for this shortage.
They suggested ordering using WhatsApp. But with this option, the only payment option is cash on delivery here.
Although there could be a lot of improvements possible here too, again the initiative seems to be missing from the store manager to the most junior staff.
Final Words
I finally decided to stop shopping with them. I enquired the store manager if they will refund my membership fee, failing to prior commitments. The store manager showed the least of interest here.
I used to consider this as a modern store which would remove all cons with the traditional general store. But forget about being an improved version, they are proving to be exactly the opposite.
Every general store owner cares a lot about his customers. But the Easy day store is not at all running on customer-centric values.
I doubt it would last more than a year operating in the same way.

Staff behavior are very appreciative.and good place to daily use things buy at reasonable price as compared to normal retailers

Worst store even street vendor will provide u with better discount and home delivery.they cheat people with was day cards against payment of 1k Rs.don't buy fro. Easy day tughlakabad.or any other store of easy day.
