Total third class courier service in india.i have try last 7 days for my shipment no proper service no proper customer care support.every time i call but in 24 hour your shipment will received in your location

In shipment my son study books still not received.

My parcel didn't attempted to deliver and status say's ' i have denied recieving parcel ' they are froud company

I would have given a 0. Horrendous service. They don’t deliver and don’t have a system in place. Just cheating the public folk and taking huge advantage. Never received my parcel and there is no customer service number. That DIVISION has been closed.
No transparency at all.
They can learn from their counter parts. Just not enough to act like a reliable company BUILD ONE.

I would have given 0 rating if there is any option. Its been 5-6 days the parcel status is stuck. Didn't get any response from the team as well.

Its been 6 days since any update on my delivery order. Also the delivery date was 4th october but there is no update. There is no customer care line. I have emailed you guys but no response. Pathetic service

Ecom Express is really great service like others. But I prefer Ecom Express as I find them one of the best service providers. I have been having real good experience since a year now and wish to continue the same for years ahead. People are collaborative and soft spoken. Even if something wrong happens they’re there to correct it and bring it on track without any hassle to the customer. Door step shipping and logistics go hand in hand and they are efficient with the service they’re providing!

Great company for b to c companies that sell fragile products. I manufacture glass items and send them through Ecom Express. It has been 2 years since I have been using their logistics and I have absolutely no complaints. Great going Ecom Express!

Pathetic service my courier reached my town & didn't deliver as updated customer was not available. IVR was also not taking input.pls don't use dis courier service.

Pathetic service no ontime pickup no ontime delivery waste of time and its not like that they charge less so this can be negotiated, the charges are also same as other logistic companies. Clients will get frustrated because of the delays and even business management will get frustrated due to late pickups even customer service is horrible they will be like sir we have raised your concern on priority and for sure the pickup will be done tomorrow the same speech repeatedly will be dropped to you everyday. And delays are not like a day or two this can extend upto week for pickup and delivery both. The reason they will sometimes also give is due to covid protocol delays are happening we regret the same and apologise for the inconvenience but i do not understand why only they after having such pathetic experience i booked another logistic for pickup from the same address to delivery to same address they did not cause any delays aren't there any covid protocols for those logistic companies? Such customer support and customer service are not gonna bring customer back again.

Ecom Express is one of my favorite logistics companies. They offer good services and the best part is that it is very easy to get started. They will take care of packaging, storing, and shipping. They are fully reliable, so I never need to worry about my shipping

Never ever go for their services. They will never deliver you on time. I received a parcel which was "open" when asked, the delivery person told that they opened this because they wanted to check what's inside. Also, their delivery executives are very rude. I think that these people do not have customer care section as well, when I tried to get in touch with them, she was really really rude and told me that my complaint will be handled in 24hrs though no updates received.

I have been using Ecom Express for over 2 years, and they have never disappointed me. I would recommend Ecom Express to anyone who is looking for the best shipping company for their business. Prices are affordable and reach is very good.

Pathetic services, one of the parcel was supposed to deliver on 10th of Nov 2019 but still product is not yet deliver to me as it's been a month. When I called the customer care, they are informing me that the product is under investigation and within 24 hours the issue will be resolved but that 24 hrs never came. Worst service.

New way to become Roadpati from Crorepati in few months only. Here is the way just open some online business and choose Ecom Express as your primary carrier you will get the target dream come true. Wish it could have some value below 0

I had the unfortunate privilege of doing business with ecom express.an amazon seller shipped an item using this service & that is when the nightmares began.the item reached on a Monday to their Mangalore delivery location & the item was delivered finally after 11 days.to get the item delivered I had to escalate the issue to 8 amazon customer service executives 4 supervisors.even they had to repeatedly follow up through backend channels & feigned helplessness regarding this issue.

I had to contact the seller as I had run out of options

& ecom express customer service was even better.none of the executives knew what they were doing & the best part was initially they were not aware that the item was shipped through their Mangalore centre.a customer service executive assured me that the item will not be delivered that day as the delivery centre was not responding to emails.their exclamation team is even more useless & do not care about service or are just fed up.

PS i was put on hold for more than 30 min by an ecom executive when he was looking for a solution.all the high ratings that are for this delivery centre are by employees trying to bring the ratings up.to summarize all the best-doing business with this delivery service. In future, I will cancel all orders shipped using this delivery service

Delivery agent कभी पार्सल डिलीवर नही करता और अपने ऑफिस बुलाता है पार्सल रिसीव करने के लिये.
Item out for delivery तो दिखाते है लेकिन पहँचता नही घटिया सर्विस हमेशा डिलेवरी एजेंट उल्टे सीधे कारण लिख देता है जैसे: -
1. Customers refused to accept item
2. Address is incomplete
3. Customers wants open delivery
4. Customers was not present at home.
5. Number was switch off

मेरे साथ 3 बार हुआ. कभी मुझतक पहुँचा नही पार्सल.

I would have given zero stars but not possible. I don't know about other states but ECOM express in Manipur is the worst. They sent me a message saying attempt to delivery failed when they never even showed up. Consequently, I called them up and they promised to deliver by 10: 30 the next morning. I waited till 2, then called the staff to which the employee threatened not to deliver my goods. He's lucky he hasn't run out of business with that kind of attitude

One of the bad Courier Service Provider. Please do not do any business with this company. Almost every time consignment delivered late by one week. Took 15 - 20 day to deliver consignment from Delhi to my place Nashik. Even took 3-4 day from Bhiwandi to Nashik that too after continuous follow up.
