Eggspectation, Jaypee Vasant - Restaurant

Food was really bad. Ordered chicken tikka masala and mutton roganjosh. Curry taste was good but the meat was really badly cooked and was hard. Sandwich was mediocre

Its best place for coffee and night dinner.i always go to enjoy this place at night.love the food ambience coffee and all.

The food and service here is pretty ordinary. Although it's nice and spacious on the ground floor but no great experience here.

Good Ambience, quiet and green place so lot of freshness. You can hold good and long conversations over food if you are meeting someone for the first time or you are dating someone. Average bill 1500-2000 for two people. Courteous staff. Near Vasant Vihar Metro station exit gate No. 2 or you can take exit gate No. 3 also.
I was not happy with cold coffee with ice-cream so after 2-3 sips, I suggested them few things so they did the add ons. Later when I told them I was still not happy but I just drank it, they got a fresh one for me, customised exactly the way I wanted. They didn't charge anything extra for that. The vegetarian food is good. Thai vegetable curry, quesadella was yumm.can't say about non veg food as i am a vegetarian.

I only tried Tea but didn't like the idea of serving it in a coffee mug. They don't keep Tea cups and saucers.

Visited it at 1am n it was a good experience. Great n fresh food, quick service n above all very pleasant n safe for 2 ladies.

It doesn't deserve a star rating unless it's minus I went in for Breakfast after the Buffet had closed. What I got was un eatable the Baked Beans and sausages were cold so was the Toast the Poached Eggs were overcooked and I waited 22 minutes for this and there was only 4 other people in the Restaurant. There are plenty of Coffee Shop's close by that offer better food and better service

Lovely atmosphere with understanding and comforting staff. Breakfast buffet full of excitement. Food is mouth watering and delicious.

There food is awsome. Specially dahi balla plater is very yummy. Pls try once you visit there. Dont miss it

Excellent service and food. I ordered a veg sandwich in brown bread. It was perfectly grilled and the sides of salads and fries were great. A simple but mentionable highlight was the perfect chach (salted buttermilk)

It was great to have food here. We went for lunch here. There was live music here which was great & the singer or performer was very good and very talented. We went for Buffett which served here was very very good and had many options of dishes to choose from. There was live food station here as well which will cook food according to your taste & potion size. They serve Indian, Chinese, continental & other cuisines as well. In sweets as well they serve many options and they taste very good. They also offer a variety of foriegn & Indian liquor. The whole environment & atmosphere here is very great, a lot of foriegn tourists also visit this place. The staff here is very helpful & courteous and the service is also great. The snacks they offered here were very good and one can choose to have many options here right from Indian, Chinese, sea food & continental snacks. All in all it was a great experience here and if anyone is visiting 'Jaypee Vasant Continental ' in Vasant Vihar area of New Delhi then one should visit this restaurant, you will not be disappointed

I stayed at the Jaypee hotel and dined few times in Eggspectation. I tried the burger, it wasn’t good at all. They should do something about it. The Indian items were good but not great. The coffee and chocolate/desserts from the other shop by the entrance is great. The thing is I have tried eggspectation in Doha many times, so I have a high expectations that I feel this establishment do not meet.

It was a great experience visiting jaypee, but only onething was a bit disappointing, I was there for a business meet. After a particular time staff started disturbing. Ull have to order lunch. Due to which faced problem

We arrived on an early morning flight and headed to Eggspectation for breakfast whilst our room was being prepared. All of the staff bent over backwards to make us comfortable. Everyone was very courteous, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend dining here, as the variety of food suits every palate.

Great ambiance with very many options in the breakfast menu. We had ordered for omelettes and found the portion size to be satisfactory and quality of the food as good.

Staff was observed as very customer centric and was rather accommodative of our discussion demands /requests.

Strongly recommended.

There was enough variety from indian to Continental and the spread was quite vast! Really loved the service as there was attention to detail by the service manager. Guys keep up the good work and must include a bit of more hot beverage & more bakery stuff! Kudos!

A very nice and peaceful place for meetings and for working too. The staff there is also courteous and their confectionery section is one of the best in city.the head chef there has been there for a long time and keeps experimenting with new dishes. Even a simple brownie tastes much better the way they make it.

This is the waiting area for girl lobby of the hotel there is nothing special about it looks like a very common lobby e of a hotel there was not easily available drinking water I was a little thirsty but I needed to trouble that travel desk person to have glass of water he gave me II II 2 bottles from a cupboard in the sultry summer that bottle water was absolutely tasteless and the way he has given me the water was also was not as per the hospitality standards of a hotel of such repute

Eggspectation at Hotel Jaypee Vasant is not your run of the mill 24 hour coffee shop. In fact Eggspectation is a Canadian chain and this reflects in all aspects including menu choice, portions, decor and service. The focus is on innovative and quality continental cuisine including eggs, crepes, burgers and smoothies. The portions are more generous than your average restaurant or coffee shop in India. There is also an ample range of Indian dishes which are surprisingly good. It has a bright decor and is compact and friendly. Live music is performed by a one man band who is also pretty good.
