Worst courier service, no updates, no customer care service, no accountibilty, don't know whom to contact, it's more than a week I haven't received my parcel.

I stay in rajokri and my package is moving here and there, bamnoli - ashok vihar - okhla they are doing delhi tour, i've ordered it more than a week ago and i belive by the time i received my medicine package it will be expired. Goodjob ekart.

The service od Ekart is very appreciative because they deliver our order on time even there is whether problems.

Very bad courier service, don't deliver order on time and delay 7-8 days and they Don't update you about your product also.

Worst ever service.
They are just like "Chikna Ghadha". There is no effect of service on them.

So.basically.the guy sitting at customer care centre call centre.
He wants you to download "anydesk" app on your phone.then says.your address is not showing.pay Rupees 2.
When I asked my reciept shows address.states it's not showing on my end.pay 2 rupees.then when I said no.he started abusing me. Maa.behen.bhosedk.
Now that my dear is level of customer care.
He said.now I will make sure your packet gets delivered after 10 days.instead of 1 hour.
Funnily.it is in tie up with beyoung.which don't have any customer care number.

Looks like they have a good nexus going on.
I am pretty sure not going to order from beyoung.specially if they are tie up with ekart.

Very bad courier service at this location. Every time they never comes on time. My order is showing arrived at nearest hub bijwasan 2 days before but i am still waiting for delivery.

It's been two days, ekart website shows my consignment has reached the nearest hub but they are not ready to deliver

Worst service they just roam around with the order from one hub to another. I don't understand what kind of low quality drug they take before working.

My packet has to be delivered in one day bit Ekart made it in four days, paket is going to one facility to another.till now i didnt receive it. Worst courier company.

Ordered a phone frm flipkart, but this Ekart has ruined my experience of buying in every manner.pathetic service. No customer care no, no fast delivery.package it stuck from past more than 24hrs in gurgaon. And still I haven't got the update about out of delivery.

Never ever going back to flipkart.they provide much superior service on Jabong n myntra but not for the customers of flipkart. They might think flipkart buyers are cheap.please buck up.if you can give superior service on myntra than you can give it on flipkart too.don't think that myntra buyers are more rich so you need to give them superior services.like fast delivery, fast refunds, etc.

Very Poor Service. Package has arrived here and it's stuck from last 30 days. They are unable to deliver it from NewDelhi to Gurgaon. Not sure why it's being delayed so much

try buying things more from amazon or any other websites atleast they deliver on time.
Total Waste of time if you order something from flipkart
Because it reaches to you long after you need it to delivered
And ekart logistics (bamnoli) if you can't deliver the product on time atleast give buyer a option to pick up from your location.

Never do shopping on flipkart.i m waiting for my product since march nd still i hvnt received if.besides i have no information regarding my product where is it nd whrn it is to b delivered. Its my request nd advice to everyone just stop using flipkart. They are the worst.they never solve ur issues.they always delay the product.their delivery service is the worst.their staff is the worst. Worst ecommerce website on internet today is flipkart. Only opt for flipkart if u want to experience the same things on ur own.nd its a request to the sellers please dont sell ur products on flipkart just sell them on amazon instead.or on snapdeal it wud b far more better than flipkart.but flipkart is just a panik.

Worst hub i ever seem. Flipkart need to improve there delivering service. Bamnoli hub never notify you about your product and ekart whole service is wors spen bit more and jse Amazon app i never use flipkart its worst seriously. I will never use eakrt and also never buy anything from Flipkart. Much frustrated with there delivering process
