EP is a place of thugs. First of all they deliver defective products. Then, their service is pathatic. They have no concern for their customers grievances. They promised service directly from brand company but send their own labour (cant call them even technician) for installation. They charged extra for extended warranty in the name of bajaj alliance and then do not issue policy papers to customer for more than a year. When customer need it, customer has to visit their place and finds that its their internal policy that too not a signed and stamped one. I pledge not to buy any product ever from this thug shop. Please be beware of such unscrupulous businessman who does not care for their customer and ignore their interest for want of petty small time profits.

Most fraud outlet is pitampura.only money minded money concerned and once money credited into their account no response and no after sales service.most frequently deliver damage products and do not trust customers misbehave with customers.maximum products are found in damage condition when opened, late delivery.lots of excuses and ignorance after money transferred.

Worst Customer Experince.
Have to give one star becuase you cannot post without giving one star. Pathetic Service. The Manager sitting their has zero experience of Customer Dealing.

They will call and assure you to match the comparable prices but if yu tell the store name, they make sure that either you purchase from them or they won't let you purchase from the other store too. They complain about other store in the Company mentioning that they are selling at a reduced rate.

This one star is not because of their products. It's because of their services. Inspite of their competitive prices the products are good and found to be original. But their services and demeanor towards a customer is worst. Their salespersons are not knowledgeable and don't have manners to talk to customers. I am buying from them since last 10 years now. Recently I bought a split AC for which the salesperson (Mr D) was insisting me to buy a particular brand. He repeatedly telling me that this brand is good and we will sell you at discounted rate too. He didn't even know the correct iseer rating of an AC and also the cooling capacity and he still shows confidently that he knows everything. Why are you blindly pretending yourself that you know the technical details of a product that you are not sure at all. What are you fooling customers? He forcefully sold me a stabilizer also for my AC. I asked for its return, he denied and then i was okay if it can be exchanged also. He again denied. Also he told the installation guy to convince me that the stabilizer is needed at my location and it's compulsory. I suspect that the stabilizer was returnable or exchangeable but he didn't do the same. So i am done with EP pitampura, and my 10 year's trust is broken now. Will not recommend this store if you buy anything and expect good services. Thanks.

We purchased ac from this outlet. At the time of purchase Owner was very helpful and approachable. Post purchase service is pathetic.

Purchased AC, salesman Jayprakash promised free installation and two free services, but the person who contacted me for installation said installation is not free and demanded 1180/- for installation

Located on the main road pitampura, heard a lot about Electronic Paradise. Went there with high expectations to get a good deal on window ac but was a bit disappointed. You can easily get a better deal on nearby electronic stores.

You will find 75% of the brands available in the market at this store but 2 or 3 famous brands were still missing. Salesman will try to convince you that the brand available at the store is the only or the best brand available in the market (these tactics work on 90's but not any more)

Nearby landmark to this store are gulab and haldiram. If you coming from metro the nearest metro station is pitampura (madhuban chowk).

I will suggest to visit vijay sales before finalising a deal here.

I have been purchasing from them for 7 years now. They offer competitive prices, and in general products do not turn out to be defective. The salesmen will most probably not give you genuine opinions on the products because each of them is assigned a particular brand, so go through online reviews before you buy. I also have seen them hiding some terms and conditions until you make the final payment. Out of the 10-15 products I bought from them, the first and only defective product is a hitachi AC. They did not take any accountability for the defective product and I had to complain on consumer helpline and fight with Hitachi to get the issue resolved. Although all of the players (vijay, croma, sargam) are pretty much the same, I stopped buying from them due to their poor after sales service.

Arrogant and customer unfriendly manager, Mr Harivansh. Dont have the courtesy to speak to customer.two times really bad experience at the pitampura branch.first time before even purchasing the product witnessed rude behaviour, and second time, bad after sale services. Dont even know how to handle or speak to customers.not going to purchase or recommend to purchase from this branch ever.

They now used to sell faulty and defected products, also the landline number don't work. When complain they redirect you to product customer care and don't care of customer. Fraud and cheater. They must be sent to jail.

Take the honor out of the delivery box.then don't even pick up the phone.after sale services is very poor.my experience is very bad

The Air conditioner has repeated fault in 2 year and when I am trying to contact them for warranty support. They are not at all serious to support. Please rethink before you go with any purchase from Electronic Paradise. I am so upset with this type of service even after paying extra for Extended Warranty.

Extremely uncouth and cocky staff.especially this one guy standing close to the payment counter may be in his mid 20's and thinks he is God's gift to earth. Won't get another job if thrown out with true details on professional behaviour; won't be hired by anyone for sure. Won't stand a chance to raise voice out of the shop premises for sure. Also being a electronics shop has no clue on what all items do figure in the list. Empty Shop no customers; yet body language is like Reliance industries is on their buyers list. Overall pathetic. Pls visit other good places like Sargam etc. You won't be disappointed.

I have purchased a TV. They sent the TV with broken screen.
The manager Kapoor has a very bad attitude towards customers. They will tell you the maximum price. So I will not recommend this to buy any electronic product.
