Don't buy extended service contract from these cheats. I had bought two ACs and they promised me free service for 2 years, for an added fee. But at the time of service, they refused. The support guys were rude as well.

Very expensive deal, got an air purifier for 8000 which was available at another store just opposite to them at 6500. So be aware before making any purchase from them. Thorougly check price in stores near it and then only purchase the item. Apart from this they have decent range of products. One more thing I have to revise the rating from 2 to 1 because their after sales service is pathetic. My second and most probably last purchase from EP

Very poor service sales executives made fakse promise did not delivered goods in time and more over when you are trying to reach them they did not picked your phone and if anyone picked than avoid you and cutt it they are skdo not responds on WhatsApp also this is totally un professional approach
