We bought a led tv from this shop, the sales man told that Delivery will be free, no charges will be taken, delivery man asked for delivery charges, their service is not satisfied as their engineer did not respond to make the led tv install, , we contacted the team there was no response, even on their visiting card the telephone nos given are not in service, they just sell the product, after that they don't even care.

Worst experience with Mayank and the sales team. They don’t even talk to you politely after the sale. They sell faulty products and are not willing to replace unless you fight and argue with them. Take your business else where

REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Purchased IFB Washing Machine on 14th august paid the whole price and they promised us that it will be installed under 48 hours till now nobody has came to install the machine despite several calls no one is answering properly. Called the store so many times they just say it will be done we will let you know soon. While purchasing the product they lure you with Amazing words and guarantee that under 48 hrs it will be installed. If this is the way the service is done I would never purchase anything from the store after ever again.

Very poor service, I have recently bought a cooler which has gone bad, I also called them and no one has come from here.

Never ever buy any items from this place. BOUGHT A Samsung convertible refrigerator amounting 39k which doesn't last even for a year. Samsung technician is saying that There is no gas in the fridge and was surprised as there was nothing to blame in household settings. I am really dissatisfied with the piece they have delivered and I can see my hard earned going into vain.

Never buy off season product from this place.they will provide faulty product.in fact they even sell on no cost emi and later on when you will check they didn't submit interest part so don't fall in their trap. I am still suffering buying ac from this store.have bought 2 hitachi ac from this store in December and both the ac were faulty.
