It would be better if you go for the first time, they will ask you if you want to do a hair spa facial, if you feel like it, or if they come to know that you have just come for a hair cut, then you will ignore it or say that you are busy.

Giving one star rating bcoz there is no option for zero rating.
No value of customer time.
I had back-to-back two very bad experiences, once I was waiting for almost an hour but all the staff were attending their own customers who pay tips to them, I was waiting in the hope that someone will surely attend me but no one was there to attend me.
And today i reached their Moti Nagar salon at 9: 30 am (opening time they have mentioned at Google) but after waiting for more then 30 minutes none of the staff member came and suddenly their 3 staff members came who were busy on their mobile phones for almost 10 minutes, when I decided to return and was going out of the salon, none of them stopped me and they were just looking at me.

Really really bad experience.

Unprofessional staff. Chewing Gutka and paan. They will keep you waiting for hours and then they will deny you a haircut.

Today i went to saloon and i asked them to head wash. There is a hairdresser named Anish refuse me by saying that he dont know how to do head wash.its very surprising A boy who is working in a saloon and he dont know how to wash head. Worst experience by Anish.

Got HD makeup &hair done costing 2500 and it was the worst makeup! Hairstyle was good no doubt but the makeup artist was so unprofessional … they took 3.5 hours while saying it’ll be done in 1.5 hour not only doing worst makeup but also blame the client, I haven’t paid this much for any makeup and I regret it so much

Please check there closing time, before u go there, I arrived at 9.20 pm they said saloon is closed.

Good price for women but they have a biased rates against men as a gender as they charged 100rs extra for services like pedicure and manicure for men, the work is also average as I can still see the dead skin in my nails along with some dirt, but nature of employees were excellent. They offer tea/coffe with no extra charge i asked for coffee which was so awful i wonder why I asked for anything, just thank them if they offer anything beyond water, do not literally ask them as the taste will left u in regret. But talking about services good services for women but for men they are seriously looting the money from the men's pocket they are charging high prices in their packages for the facial or any other services they are offering shaving, cutting and nominal rate but beyond anything is expensive. Just compare the prices in Market then ask anything, just my experience and opinion

Nice place to get a quick hair cut and styling. Staff is polite. Its good to reach early as it gets crowded in afternoon and evening. Reasonable pricing.

I use to visit here regularly for hair wash and beauty services but first time I went for the service from Ms. Kavita but she is so unprofessional and don’t even know how to behave and speak with clients! Nor the management paid attention.

Rarely you see few good saloon around you and it is one of those. Nice staff, nice ambience and hospitality. Charges are above average. Located at Milan Cinema road, Karampura. 100/- for haircut and 70/- for shaving. They have men's and women's saloon adjacent to each other.

Skilled professionals, awesome environment, advanced equipments. Samar was awesome with his hands. Waiting time will be 15 to 20 mins on weekends. They'll serve you water coffee etc. Magazines are there. And finally, you'll get the hair style whatever you want.
