Elica dealer in Delhi -The Kitchen Studio

Owner's behaviour was not good at all, staff was good n explained everything v nicely, I hv purchased the chimney n hob. N they hv not sent the service man for installation. On sixth day our chimney is still not installed he's only making false promises n telling lie everytime I called. I must say, pls connect elica customer care for smooth installation process. Becuz here, they PPL only making false promises. So what I do, I called d customer care nmbr n they told me ur nmbr is not registered for installation, huhhh, I mean reallyyyyy. N the studio team told me everytime he will come today or tomorrow, Totally dissatisfied with them. Kuch b ho km se km jhut to naa bolo.n pls customers ke sath thoda politely behave kare becuz it's good for u only. If u don't hv the installation man at that thn u hv to tell the customer clearly instead of making them fool with ur excuses.

I would not recommend elica chimneys to anyone. I am using elica chimney myself and not happy at all after using its product.

There we really get a better discount & treatment of explaining all the desired products. The atmosphere & treatment of the studio is so familiar.

Not at all convinced. Selling old stock in old packing.not recommended.be careful before purchasing from them. According to them, stock is more than 1 year old. I have ordered by chance I have checked at the time of installation.
