The best center for Physiotherapy that I've come across. Neat and clean, with state of the art facilities. Dr Ajaz and his team are great. I'd gone there for treatment after a meniscus tear in the knee, and I started getting better in 3-4 days itself. Was able to walk without support within a week. The best part was that they genuinely care about each patient and work hard with each patient, giving you proper 1 on 1 time.

Super genuine treatment - came for my chronic neck pain last week. Doctor clearly said no medicine is required and strengthening is the only long term solution.

I went through 4 detailed strengthening sessions and was impressed by the peculiarity with which these sessions are done.

Fees and treatment is quite economic. Doctor nicely explains what is wrong with the posture etc and key things to focus on in future.

I had visited Elite Physiotherapy centre after doing rounds of several doctors and alternate treatment therapy for my Arthritis. Being 46 years old, my joint pains particularly in the knees had crippled my life. I couldn’t walk for long, climb stairs without a constant pain, I thought I would never be able to dance again, go to the hills…. Do the things I need to, to lead a normal life.
Dr. Ajaz, diagnosis was spot on point. He told me my knees were a symptom of a larger concern… no muscle strength, a complete lack of core strength, improper weight balance resulting in the onslaught of Arthritis. He recommended a full body package to ensure the problem doesn’t reoccur and to guarantee a full recovery.
It took 20 days of daily treatment for the severe swelling on my ankles and knees to diminish. I could dance at my birthday party for 4 hours straight. I didn’t have to plead with my daughters to press my feet for longer. It’s a new form of freedom.
Let’s be realistic, it takes more than 20 sessions, I still need to work on my muscles and core strength but now I can walk, dance and function like a normal person. In a month from now I am planning a trip to the hills with my children.

I've been recovering from an ACL surgery (after a football injury) and both Dr ajaz and dr Shahid have helped me quickly gain both mobility and strength in my knee in a quick duration. They spend close attention during physio session and treat patients more like friends. Best physio center there is. They have 3 centers in delhi NCR so this gives added flexibility even if you have have to travel to Delhi/Gurgaon.

Great support by Dr. Ajaz and his staff. Had a chronic sports injury - Achilles Tendonitis/tendonopathy as well as groin strain. He explained the reason behind everything he was doing. I have been pain free after a long time. Now can go back to focus on football. He has immense knowledge about the body and specially sports physiotherapy and Injuries.

It is not even about tendinitis.
You and your team absolutely lacked professionalism.
While giving treatment you you are not supposed to discuss about your last or coming cricket match with your friend on the phone.
Nor did you completely paid attention to problems I was trying to say.
And bringing your child to clinic especially in this covid time is absolutely wrong, also playing with them while your patients are not even in proper clothing is just unprofessional and disrespectful.
In 1st session you confused me with some other patient and without even doing proper physical examination you started Shockwave therapy and after completion you forgot to tell the name of medicine for inflammation that would be caused by Shockwave therapy and also forgot to say something about shoulder strengthening exercise. Even in 2nd session I myself had to ask about all the exercises. Even then you didn't properly paid any attention since you were busy playing with child and hopping from one patient to other without give enough time to any.
One of your staff had no idea about the exercise you asked him to teach me. He was just standing there like a statue.

I am not saying you are like this with every patient. Its completely based on my experience in your clinic. May be you pay proper attention to other. Or may be because you were not charging consultation fees from me thats why you lacked all the things which you may not have if I was paying consultation.

Even for tendinitis you didn't perform proper physical examination. It seemed like to just wanted to give Shockwave therapy regardless of the need since thats what you were getting paid for.

Be more professional and respectful towards your upcoming patients.

The therapist had a poor understanding of my injury. It was more like a old school massage than mobility and strengthening exercises for my shoulder shoulder that i broke. I just had one session and it was overwhelmingly expensive. Costed me 1500 rupees for no good.

I had a very bad experience at this clinic. I made a mistake thinking it’s close to home and let me try it out.frightfully expensive.i was charged 17000 rupees for a 10 day package which is 1700 a day which is more than double what most clinics charge. I was assured 99.9 percent I would be ok in 8 sessions. But I wasn’t. When I asked for refund for the two days so that I can continue else where as his line of treatment was not working he got angry and then said he spent more money on taping and that was 2000. Everything there seems to be expensive.there are therapist in elsewhere who give fair results at 600 rs a session. I was told he has the best machines and most expensive machines in delhi. That’s why he charges high. That’s why i went ahead plus his assurance. I am still waiting for my refund. I am sorry when you pay so much you expect a fair result if not fully cure.

The doctor gives very basic understanding of your problem. It's expensive. Consultion is 2500rs but if it suits you, it's worth it.

The doctors here are well experienced and have good knowledge. Took care of my problem immediately. Timing is also not an issue here.

The physiotherapist doc really cured my acute shoulder injury within a week. He also taught me some great rehab exercises with resistance bands. Great experience!

Doctor was good but before starting the treatment he didn't ask me and was asked to pay for treatment for which I didn't knew the cost. Even after the treatment, he didn't discuss the road ahead and just booked my appointment for next day without explaining what all preacutions I should take from now on.
Doctor has good command over the work which he do. Costly and unprofessional in some way.

Insanely expensive. But what makes this review so low is the misleading pricing practices at this clinic.

Instead go to Osteon Physiotherapy. The doctor has the highest ratings in the area (higher than this place) and is quite affordable and kind.

An example of these misleading practices, when I called the doctor and asked what the cost for microcurrent therapy would be, he told me 1000 rupees. He also indicated that ultrasound therapy would be included in this price

I paid 4000 rupees for ultrasound and microcurrent!

In my third session with him, I overheard a shouting argument between him and another family from Russia over a similar problem with similar pricing practices.

I don't doubt that he is knowledgeable and has very high quality machines. But his practices are very shady bordering on exploitative (I'm a foreigner, maybe he figured he could make some easy money). To make matters worse, he just sits in the main room while his assistant who does not speak English performs the treatments. I can barely communicate anything to him, which is ridiculous considering how much I paid.
