Pathetic company to open account with. I opened an account with them in 2016. Everything was fine till 2020, until they did some technical error in my account which cost me Rs. 8 lacs and my account went into negative 4 lacs. Now they are not accepting their mistakes and on top of that filling multiple cases against me. If you want to be in same situation, welcome to elite!

Very poor customer service. In fact the customer service guys have poor understanding and respond without understanding what is being asked for!

Bad experience… they don’t give proper service … they keep the money in suspense account. Dividends are not transferred to dmat account
