Very dishearted doctor. Puneet is just a face.she has no knowlege.they only ask money for every silly reason.and no proper billing.take all your eggs and say "ande kharab nikle". And next cycle just double the charges (nearly 4-5lacs). They had ruined my case.i can only curse them
