बहुत ही फ्रॉड टाइप के लोग है बोलते कुछ और है करते कुछ और है ट्रांसपोर्ट का पेमेंट लेकर सारा पैसा पैकिंग में ही चार्ज कर के माल भेज दिया जो कि बोला गया था कि आपका इसमे ट्रांसपोटेशन चार्ज भी जुड़ा हुआ है और जो सारा सामान लिया था उसमें भी एक दो समान नही भेजा मैंने फोन करके बोला तो कहा गया कि आपका सारा सामान गया है बाद में कई बार फोन किया तो बोला गया की बाद में आपका सामान भेज देंगे पर आज चार महीना बीत गया पर अभी तक समान नही भेजा और व्हॉट्सएप का भी कोई रिप्लाई नही देते है।

उच्च मूल्य का. 2 दिनों के भीतर हिस्से निकल आते हैं। किसी के लिए अनुशंसित नहीं. एल डी फ़र्निचर से ख़रीदने के बजाय सेकंड-हैंड फ़र्निचर ख़रीदना सर्वोत्तम है।

I recently purchased salon chairs with Ell Dee Furniture, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite paying a substantial amount of money for these chairs, I've encountered several issues, and the vendor's response has been less than ideal.
Firstly, the chairs themselves have had multiple problems, as they did not meet the promised quality or functionality. Despite raising these concerns, I have yet to receive any resolution or assistance. What's even more frustrating is that the vendor is located in a different state, making it incredibly challenging to reach them in person.
Moreover, when attempting to contact the vendor for support, my calls have gone unanswered, leaving me feeling ignored and helpless. I believe in honoring commitments and warranties, and it's disheartening to see a vendor not stand by their products or respond to customer concerns promptly.
In summary, my experience with ELL DEE furniture and their salon chairs has been disappointing, and I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution before making a purchase.

Not good services I was purchase 4 lac furniture but 2 month after Many problem in furniture many time complaint owner and staff but not process shameless staff and owner don't purchase any furniture

I am reviewing after 2 month of our new branch opening. We have bought new furniture for our new branch. We got what we have selected. Quality is very good. Don't predict as per fake and cheep buying product. You have to pay more for good quality. On Behalf of Dee Unisex Salon Gurgaon

Worst experience dealing with them.full payment in advance and then start blackmailing the client by supplying sub standard material and short material.
Top of it replacement is big issue with so called new material as they ask for transportation again and without that they don't sent the material for which they committed for.
In addition to this they give warranty for 5 years which I have doubt that they will provide as per there behaviour and response to customer.
Surprised that we are not able to connect the owner Mr Jatin who rarely come to shop and executives doesn't share his number.

Strongly suggest that no one should get in trap of these ppl.
God save me for the product I have bought for my new salon.

I have paid extra money for safe delivery but damage product has delivered and the shop has not take any response. Very Bad Service and response.

It is a big fraud, I took all the goods for my new salon from here, but did not send the goods for which I took money by showing them in the shop, in return, I sent poor quality goods, now they are not picking up the phone With folded hands, I have to say that do not buy anything from this fraud shop, otherwise you will also become a victim of fraud, beware of this shop in delhi, Delhi's biggest thief shopkeeper

Very bad experience in my life staff are very rude all people are unreasonable and careless f**k of ELL DEE FURTITURE

I have purchased full set of salon chair, shampoo station, facial beds, pedicure station from the shop for my Salon in Goa and in Delhi.
Initially they have promised of everything from purchase to maintenance but first of all they have delivered me wrong items and on complaint they misbehave with mother and father bcoz I was not in Delhi for the same.
Now after 1 month of the purchase all the stiching are coming out of the chairs, pedicure tub has a cushion for the comfortability but a foul smell started to come out from it and we can see that the base used was of wood and not attached properly due to which water get into it and so many tiny insects/ pest developed in that.
Please people be aware of this fraud shop. Do not ever dare to enter in this shop otherwise you will get looted by them.
And there are so many other problems which I can't describe here, I will be making you tube video of the same and will show you all, how bad is the quality of the product.
The total cost of my purchase was around 1.20 lacs and it all get wasted.

ELL DEE Furniture is a fraud business. They have sent me damaged product. They provide and They will give excuse for bad product. Do not take risk with this business. I have paid extra money for safe deleivery but damage product had delivered nd the shop has not take any response. Very bad service and staff not response any message or call.

Fraud peoples! Send me used Pedicure station, with different product warranty card. Very pathetic packaging.full of garbage they have couriered me.now they not picking my phone.item also missing, without reading review i ordered from them, feeling regret.

Local china products.steamer is not working when I received.they don't attending call.dryers.straightener.all are duplicate product.they shows another product and pack another product.totally scam.

Worst staff behavior and cheap furniture they are sending. There is no proper communication, they all are attitude persons, everyone feels like MD.very disappointed, avoid these types of frauds.

I should have read the reviews earlier- would not have ordered anything from them- the staff does not take complete order and also none of their commitments matter- you keep calling them- there is hardly any response and once the product is sold- after sales service is very poor- I will not recommend any one for purchasing from them- they need to improve significantly on thoer services.

I was visited at Ell Dee Furniture for opening my new sallon. I found all things at one shop and price is also genuine. I had no need to visited somewhere else. All product are good quality and staff are very co operative and nice behaviour.

If you cannot provide good service to your planets, then leave this business. The quality and texture of your item is very bad.

Not trustable peoples. They didn’t give goods after receiving amount. They delivered to another state which they have no sense and responsibility.

Suddenly increasing the price after purchasing.sales staff is ridiculous.before buying they say the price less.as soon as we purchase and pay the amount they add different taxes charges.n if we refuse to pay they stops our transport process until we pay them the amount which they ask for.

See the response after the sales. We bought nearly 1.2 lakhs materials from them. Once the payment done they will never respond to your call or message. Really worst behavior. Don't believe the you tube videos all are fake. We came there from Tamilnadu and we looked all around the delhi. There are many shops around there so please check more shops before buying there.

Don't buy from here total waste of money to buy furniture from here. They send me defective pieces of furniture and don't send me replacement till date and even not responding on phone.

At the time of delivery they send defected products like makeup chair, manicure stand, hair steamer, also the behaviour of the Mr. Rakesh was very arrogance and don't have manner how to talk to customer. Totally wasted of money. Pre-payment krne k baad no call response. Mujhe chair 5500 ki bta kr 1040/- GST add krke 6540rupees+950/-delivery charges krke 7490/-. And the actual price I found in the bill was 2500/- only. Bill ka photo bhejne k liye bolo to mna krte h ki aapko parcel me bhej diya h. Uske baad home delivery ka bolke 80km door se parcel lana pda jiska 2000/- or charge lga. And the condition of chair I found was worst. Wooden part was broken as you can see in picture. The fabric quality is very bad.scratches in many places.total cost of this chair is 9490/- which is too high as compared to 5500/- almost double as described.isse better quality me nearest Market me mil jati h. Total 16days lga parcel phuchne me. I highly not recommended this Ell dee furniture to buy any product.

Amazing shop with affordable prices all over the delhi. The quality of products are amazing and the behavior of staff is also good. Loved it.
