Employees' State Insurance Model Hospital

Hostel is very good but there is no arrangement here, just stay in line properly. Those who are coming by metro, they got down to Ramesh Nagar metro and went to Raja Garden by bus. I have come for the first time but the whole day has passed like this.

It's a very big and well equipped esi hospital. Situated on road side, easy to search and have proper parking facility. Hospital is well maintained and very neat and clean. Staff is also very helpful. Now it converts in college and so many students are there for their studies. Emergency department is very active and supportive. Last year my father had admitted for 10 days and he served very good and then i experienced first time, so good service in an esi hospital and doctors are very polite

I can say it's a best govt hospital under esic. Hospital are very spacious. Some of the good feedback as like.

As it's a govt hospital & here are very crowded so there are many things need to be improve.
Need online appointment system to avoid registration counter crowd
Need token system in all OPD.

यहां डॉक्टर और स्टॉफ कोई भी सीधे मुंह बात नहीं करते ना ही कोई जानकारी देते हैं बस आप चक्कर काटते रहो। एक ही काम के लिए मरीज दूसरे हॉस्पिटल भेज देते है पर रेफर फॉर्म की परकिरिया पूरी नहीं करते बाद में साइन के लिए घूमते रहो पूरा दिन इसी में निकल जाता हैं

Really a god hospital and the doctors have very polite behaviour but some of the security staff are annoying and irritating

Good hospital, Better than government hospital. Seems like more of Private hospital. I will not rate doctor nurses and staff because even in count like ours I have never encounter bad docs & nurses.

Pathetic hospital, Pathetic staff, pathatic treatment, need to improve things where simple ct scan and other hospital refer should be take min.time.due to this all concerned I have lost my father.don t go here.and should be go govment instead of esi.no higher department here for listening.delhi got should be look into this.

Very bad management. Dr.leave his cabin every 20-30 minutes for 15-20 minutes. Patients are waiting for Dr.meanwhile Dr.are giving and attending presentation. Very disappointing.

It seems that it is a private hospital. Facilities are good. More spacious parking and patients waiting area. But the behaviour of some support staff was not good. They are too rude.

In ESI Hospital Bali Nagar, I went to get my Covid19 test, and Lady doctor refused to do the test without even checking.

And when I told her that I was in touch with the Covid19 patient, at that she demanded money, when I asked her name, she refused to reveal it.

I told her that this hospital's being shown in the Arogya Setu app for Covid19 test, then she said that this's the problem of the government and not her, and no one could do anything.

इतना बड़ा हॉस्पिटल होने के बावजूद यहां टेस्ट की कोई सुविधा नही है। जितने भी महँगे टेस्ट है हार्ट और नयुरो से सम्बंधित, उन सभी के लिये बाहर प्राइवेट लैब में जाना पड़ता है। ना टाईम पर यहां स्पेशलिस्ट डॉ मिलते है। सिर्फ अस्पताल की बिल्डिंग पर पैसा लगाया है कोई सुविधायें नही दी मरीजों को।

Now its a very big govt hospital developed by Delhi govt and all the medical facility are free of cost. All those having ESIC from their factory or office can get all the facilities here at free of cost. Emergency ward is very active here for whole 24 x 7 all staff members are very kind and passionate with their work.

This hospital is one of the biggest hospital in delhi. Here all type of diseses there are saprate ward and now it is under construction and the condition of this hospital is very good as compare to the past condition.fully ac buldings and staff behaviour is good and in this hosptial thier is too much rush bcs its a goverment hosptial. To reach this hospital metro is here and also Dtc are here to you can easily get this hosptial

My uncle is kidney patient, from past 1 year we are suffering from esic hospitals documentation procedure.

This Hospital is very good. My father was a cancer patient since 1 year, when i come in this hospital then all the doctor see carefully and respect and after treatment My father's cancer went away

I request you to please attention on ESI Basaidarapur Medical facility. I faced lots problem during my mother treatment. First they admitted and few minutes later discharge. They said there is no doctor for this problem in the Emergency department.

Poor facilities in the Emergency department. Doctors and nurses behavior not Good.

Is their any fever of 90 digree. A nurse check and Dr. Shocked and says no fever.

What is going on in hospital i unable to understand.

I said I want to complain of hospital poor Facilities they hapilly said go to MS office.

Even I met CMO she also said you can complain MS. I have never seen any fear on their faces that sombody going to our complaint because they know very well no action or improvement will take by concern person or department.

I want to request if you want to know whole situation send one of your officers in emergency department as a patient.

I request you file my complaint for poor services of hospital and send me a complaint number.

And also request you improve the Medical services because we are paying for these services.

It's not only me all patient and facing problem for getting good medical facilities. If you want you can ask personally to patients and their family member.

Toilets are so dirty they need to be clean daily basis and drinking water facilities are not available dr's are not supportive

Renovated recently, has been one of best hospital, provides facilities like leading Private Hospitals,
Cleanliness is good, however security staff was bit rude.

This hospital is a hope for people who cant really afford hospital bills, tho the hospital is not well maintained and is still under construction, but that wont really matter when it comes to good treatment.

Hospital was awesome when I was admit in that hospital.there was staff and doctor keep on coprating us anytime.

Guys first of all i must tell you that all the Ratings above 3 are given by hospital staffs only. Dont believe on these the reality is that the hospital is worse than you can imagine. Staff is very rude and lazy. They dont care about anyones life all they care about is there comfort.
I have seen their way of working and the condition of hospital. You wont believe that in emergency at 2'o' clock in the night not a single ambulance was available because either the drivers were sleeping or passing their times on phone.

This hospital save my life, i had almost died but due to this hospital's doctor correct cure to me, my life saved.i really thanks to this all hospital members. I understand its take time but give to us best treatment. I have completely recovered physically but mentally i could not forget that days.thanks.

Pathetic washrooms, first floor men ward had no locks from inside. And the staff denied existance of any complaint form. House keeping not interested in keeping cross check / hourly audit records.
