The first crest of my experience with Empower dates back to 2017, when I was privileged to attend a face-to-face certificate course on GHPSCM in Conflict & Fragile States that held in Dubai. I had the opportunity to meet, learn from and interact with faculty of esteemed renown but unbelievable humility and affability. This marked me enormously and kindled my interest to be a part of such an institution. The second crest was the profound knowledge gained while completing the online PDG course. Prior to this course I was under the mistaken impression that I knew quite a handful, only to realize that it is the "appropriate application" of knowledge that makes a significant difference. The third crest was the unique opportunity to participate in my own little way (as country ambassador) in bringing others to the awareness of the depth of knowledge and experience offered by Empower. This has (and is still) enabled me to interact with persons hitherto unknown, share experiences, coach, mentor and advise. All of this with consistent support from the Empower faculty. The flexibility in mode of payment for the PGD course is an encouragement to anyone with limited resources to pursue their academic dreams. I earnestly and impatiently look forward to the upcoming Masters in PSCM course. I pray God grants me the opportunity to continue to merit the trust of such an esteemed institution.
