This gym so amazing and AWS because trainer also very good to they good training to me they have more focused to my body

~~~ EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (GYM Manager: RAJAT), BAD / LOUD MUSIC, AND OVERCROWDED (Be prepared to be frequently distracted and spend more time than necessary) ~~~

I was a regular customer for the last 9 years, probably one of their first few customers. Over time, I have seen all the changes in the gym, and too many members join the same small space. NOW, because it is a small gym and too many members means there is usually a lot of CHAOS and less place to exercise properly. One needs to make serious efforts to lay hands of weights and find a quite corer to do exercise - without bumping into people.

I managed quietly with most of the things but they have HORRIBLE AND CHEAP QUALITY music system, which they play very loud. Every time I would ask what is there policy on music, they had no answer. Added on the top of it, they have a separate music system for dance classes, on which, anyone can come and play music of their choice - super loudly (imagine local folk songs at full music with fata hua music system because one member enjoys this). I always protested against this, but they never had a good answer or policy.

A gym manager's responsibility is to be customer friendly and treat everyone's problems with respect. But someone names RAJAT who seems to have recently joined, refused to listen to my problems. Finally, they did refused to renew my membership because now they have got too much business and are ARROGANT.

Well, good luck with that. Your greed and bad customer service will take your brand down over a period of time.

Bakwaas hai! Isse zydaa Bekaar facilities aaj thk muje kisi ne Issue nhi ki. Specially, the receptionist so unprofessional, always busy on phone.

This is the worst gym in this area. These people are fraud and don't fall in their trap. They will try and sell you packages of 3 to 4 months and tell you that 1 month package will be very expensive which is true also but this is a trick to cheat people to buy an expensive 4 month package. That's not all. After buying a package of 4 months they will give you a trial of 4 to 5 days by the best trainers (special trainers) and then after that you will be introduced to 2 new lethargic trainers (general trainers). These general trainers don't even bother to tell you a single exercise. If you will try and ask them then they will tell you some exercise which will be a pain to do for newcomers. It will be a punishment for you if you ask them anything. The biggest thing is when you buy the package no proper information is provided to you by them. You don't have any idea about your trainer. And the right trainer makes a huge difference here. Now, currently gym is closed. It has been over a month that it is under construction which they said will be just for a week. And I think that my money is lost. As I have bought a package of 4 months and the services are almost denied to me. Also they never give the receipts which is again a sign that they are going to cheat you in future. You will keep on asking them for it and they will give you a new excuse everyday.
P. S. - this gym is fraud, they will cheat you and take your money for services which will be denied to you by them later.

Worst gym i can say at this time in our locality. Bad managment, unhygienic atmosphere, no proper ventilation and Cooling. Cardio floor is too humid that sometimes it feels like i'll vomit while running on the treadmill.most of the Cycles are broken or not working properly.even though I told this so many times to the manager but she just ignores it every time.i wish if hadn't paid the money for a full year then would have joined somewhere else. But at last only thing i liked is their Instructors are good.
