So I had a keyboard malfunctioning issue on Acer Swift 3. Official service centres could not arrange spares. The entire main hub of Nehru place failed to diagnose or offer repairs. I tried Mumbai market as well-no use. The keyboard went so bad that the refresh key was constantly ON and the screen was constantly flickering because of the refresh command. This gentleman took his time to check for spare availability and returned the laptop barely in couple of hours - service time.
Although been one day only since the repairs, I am thankful for the kind support extended to me. Commercially they seem to be good and their offers re fine enough to proceed without bargaining. I have been offered warranty for the spare keyboard which is also an add on.
