Doctor are very nice to their patients. And their staff is very nice.we know them about 30 years.

This is not good doctor. Alaways give heavy medicines in small things. Never understant the issue just start giving antibiotics. Many times mess up the things. 3 days he tried with tablets then he starts his favorite thing by giving injection without understanding the issue. I mean I am not doctor but how he treat I never felt confidence in him so I decides not to go anymore in his clinic.

Poor Service
You have to wait there for atleast one hour's
Also they didn't have manners to talk to patients

He is polite as well as experienced doctor.
I knew him since 1996, his staff and overall is tremendous.

Staff is very bad and there behaviour is not good too much waiting time not worth it at all and no parking facility outside

Me pichle 32 saalo se dr.b. K.agarwal ji ko dikha rahe h or unki hi medicine se hi aaram hota hai dr sahab ji ka kaam bahut achha hai. Surgeon bhi hai ent se related surgery bhi karte hai h.

Today I visited the clinic where the receptionist said that the doctor said that after 8: 30 pm there would be a consultation fee of Rs 900.where as doctor fee is Rs 800.after a discussion I paid Rs800.if you revisit for consultation.fee will be depend on receptionist some times he takes Rs500 or sometime denied and asking for Rs800. Not understand the scenario. Staff behaviour required a positive changes.

The doctor was not professional at all, just given medicine does not share any information about what is happening in my ears or what type of treatment will be done. I just asked if there was an infection he just said yes and told me to take medicine.

I am coming here from 20years, doctor is very cooperative and efficient in his field, very polite to talk. I specially come from Rohini, to take medication, medicines are always very effective.

No audiometry room available here.unprofessional staff. No satisfied replying by doctor. Har patient ka 1300 rs ka unnecessary test Karwa rhe h. Fraud clinic. Please not visit here.

I visited Dr b k agatlrwa vikaspuri delhi for my chronic coding since 2month. I visited many doctor in delhi. I took medicine antibiotics ND Alexis tab but no relief. I got recommendations from my relatives ND visited DR AGARWAL. HE WAS COOL NX TESTED NY EAR NECK ND THROAT. PRESCRIBED SOME MEDICINE NOT ntibiotic. AFTER 4 TO 5 DAY MY COUGHING ALMOST NIL. FEELING GUD. I THNK DOXTOR AGRWAL FOR MY RECOVERY.

Experience was too good.excellent behaviour with patient by doctor and whole staff. I will suggest for all who are facing ear drum problem for surgery. I have a hole in my ear doctor treated me very well and finally I have found solution of my all ear problems great staff and doctor.
