It's literally too much bad experience. They irritated me and my family. They were sending us from room to room and wasting our time.

If someone can improve that way of dealing with a patient, he must do it.

Literally the worst dental hospital! They over drilled my tooth that too without any anesthesia. I was crying in pain all the time! Didnt even cure the filling which made my tooth infectious! Worst doctors ever! No quality or professional work!

बहुत ही घटिया हॉस्पिटल है मेरा बेटा 3 दिन से एडमिट है उसे बुखार खत्म नहीं हो रहा है और डोक्टरों ने कहा कि छूटी लेकर घर जाओ
उसे ब्लड में इन्फेक्शन है और ब्लड की भी कभी है
सब से ज्यादा बकवास हॉस्पिटल है

This hospital is very huge. Having different dept according to patients need.

Staff and doctor of the hospital are very good and hardworking.

Visited dental service its so good. They provide good treatment and some suggestions to maintain oral hygiene. Even if they feel patient teeth require cleaning so they do scaling as well.

Ample of parking is available in hospital premises.

Totally time waste doctor behavior not good they are very rudely and medicine not given mostly they say go your dispensary for medicine not any value patient and their time

I m visit many time this hospital rohini sec 15 ESIC. There female staff very rudely behaviour with pregnant patient do not take care properly. Like - department of OBST & gynae and ultrasound room. Doctors eating food and drinking tea using mobile phone toll to together pick hour's time and pl i requested to improve yourself rohini sec 11 female doctor staff and female security guard also.do not bother public.i hope you understand patient queries.thank!

भौत गन्दा स्टॉफ है । मरीज की कोई केयर नहीं करता डॉक्टर मरीज को छोड़ कर सिगरेट पीने चले जाते है। जितने मरीज आते है। उनको नही देखते अपना टाइम पूरा कर के निकल जाते हैं ।डॉक्टर मरीज से सही से बात नहीं करते ।

Date 22-3-2023 I was there in ESIC hospital sec 15 to see one of my relative, as the service man who take trolley (structure) from operation room, there was only one person who was doing the service and his behavior was so bad, he said us loudly and rudely who is with the patient should take there trolley to given room.
Its our duty to take patient to there room and take empty trolley to operation theatre.
I feel so bad how they talk rudely, but i did it as humanity without any question?

My Father admit in this hospital.
After ready all documents submit in ward incharge (compounder).
They loss all documents & test Report My father also cry in pain but cmo and docter in busy in mobile not accepting his mistakes.

कृपया अगर आप अपने परिवार से प्यार करते हैं तो यहां इलाज नहीं कराएं, मरीज़ की हालत ठीक नहीं है तों भी किसी बड़े होस्पिटल में transfer नहीं करते और बहकाते हैं कि ठीक हो जाएंगे transfer करने के लिए कहने पर जवाब मिलता है कि मुझे ऊपर जवाब देना पड़ता है मेरी नौकरी का सवाल है, जब मरीज़ की हालत बिलकुल ख़राब हो जाती है तो transfer कर देते हैं और बड़े होस्पिटल वाला भी हाथ खड़े कर के कहता है कि आप तो Last Stage पर लाए हो अगर पहले लाते तो ठीक हो जाते, और मरीज़ की जान चली जाती है मेरे पापा अब इस दुनिया में नहीं हैं।

This hospital as per my knowledge and experience is quite competent to treat all types of serious ailments with the help of very experienced team of Doctors. They have very clean environment, cooperative and courteous staff to give best care, easily accessible location.

Pathetic experience. I lost my first child due to lack of their knowledge. Gynecologist Dr. Indu behave badly with patients. She treat them very badly. Don't go there. No one manage the crowd. Toilets are dirty you got only infection.

Sache bohot kharab hospital ha kise ko manners nhi ha kaise baat karte ha ek gareeb admi vaccine lagvane aaya tha aapne bete ko usko aake gali de rhe ha and very abusive language. मेरे पिताजी बहुत यहां पर पिछले 16 दिन से सर्जरी वार्ड में भर्ती हैं।ये मेरी आपबीती है। बहुत ही घटिया हॉस्पिटल है। सुविधाओं के नाम पर कुछ भी नहीं है। डॉक्टर्स और नर्सिंग स्टाफ को बोलने की तमीज नहीं है। ट्रिटमेंट ऐसे करते हैं जैसे ये इंसानों के नहीं जानवरों के डॉक्टर हों। दया नाम की कोई चीज़ नहीं है, इनके अन्दर।ऐसा लगता है जैसे इनको मरीज़ को बचाने की नहीं मारने को ट्रेनिंग दी जाती है। जल्दी मरीज़ को प्राइवेट अस्पताल में रैफर भी नहीं करते हैं। अपने यहां ही तड़पाते रहते हैं। यहां आना ही बेवकूफी है।

My wife admitted in Labour room but no one tell me how is the position of my wife and hospital guards ussing very bad language. All hospital staff are not working in night 11 pm to 6 am every night and no information given for our patient.

In the hospitals most of the employees nor good manner not good Behaviour for the patients and everyone doing work like a badman andmanners also.

Disciplined entry, have to take token if you have two wheeler. All entering vehicles are entered in the registered.

Very Bad behaviour of their staff and not clean but some doctors are good but staff who posted on registration counter they does not work timly.

Helped alot in crucial time
Though the service provided here are not enough satisfying but the best thing is they refer to best hospitals for crucial cases

हॉस्पिटल का डेंटल विभाग का सर्विस बहुत ज्यादा घटिया है, यहाँ पर आपको सिर्फ तारीख ही मिलेगी, तारीख पे तारीख तारीख पे तारीख, यहाँ के मैनेजमेंट के पास बहुत एक्सक्यूसे है इलाज न करने का, वैसे भी, तारीख देने पर इनका काम बन जाता है! इलाज क्यों करें, नई पेशेंट अपना टाइम न खराब करें!

No seriousness by doctors.
Doctor can suddenly come and say to you the you need to go to another room even if you are standing in queue for hours.
No cleanliness, washrooms are pathetic
Poor people do not have option to go anywhere that's why too much crowded without any basic facilities.

There is so many doctors and staff but they don't know how to talk with a patient. They talk very rude with poor people.

Please don't come here government hospital is better than this nonsense and cruel staff. They don't take any response of those who pay theirs salry

There is many staff available for OPD, but they usually sit and mumbling with colleague.
They have no sensible ability to talk with public.
Everyday we see there is only two long queues one for men and other for women.

I believe govt Hospital is more better than this hospital.

Very Bad experience on my first visit (14-10-2019) at Esi hospital Rohini Sector- 15.medicine not given by concerned staff available at counter no. 100 due to non availability of staff who enter the medicine in computer in eye department. Due to high cost of medicine unable to purchase the same from market.

I want to share may experience with this hospital I lost my baby due to doctor's negligence there are no senior doctors for emergency.they were behave very rudely with patient and their attendants

Worst hospital.especially in pregnancy.seen 3 cases continue on 14.12.18 killed babies due to negligence.without monitoring heart beat Less staff do not pay attention it's call murder. Pls don't go here if u hv to be new born baby.

Infrastructure is quite zero
Atleast you should have provide a baby bed for new born babies
Kindly consider this as in priority

One of the worst arrangement have seen, staff are very rude, lots of mosquito, but yes the place is quite clean

I was in ESIC for an official meeting. It is a good premise for working. Personally not happy as everything said and done it is a hospital.
