Espire Infrastructure

The building is good and their cafeteria is not good because it is managed by espire staff.
At night all lights are off and they lock the light switch area.
You cannot take dinner because there is no lighting available from 11pm till morning. I asked security guard multiple times, but by every night the light was off. But Companies are available 24*7.

Near to mohan estate metro. On the main mathura road. Offices of private organization you find here. Espire, casio, etc.
Connectivity is good by road and metro.

But parking is not to the mark. No. Park near 100 meters.haldiram is the only proper food restaurant nearby.these are some of negative.

The building looks like a british era structure with smart planning.

Espire Infrastructure Presents Espire Campus in Mathura Road New Delhi.

Nice place, lots of offices are there.
Interior is designed good and there are plenty of trees to provide shelter from sun.

Worst Sales Persom (Sandeep Rai and Neeraj Goel) Booked a apartment in Oct 2016 and paid 25% of the total cost. I was promised to get the Apartment for Possession by Jan 2017. Nothing has been done. Builder Buyer Agreement done, paid another 50 Lacks but they are just cheating. Worst Company and team. Will drag them in Court.
Their Management is Non Contactable. Please share the Contact Nos.of any other person in the company (If anybody have)
