I will give zero star to this hero dealer, they a mislead lead people with no awarness to the how to by bike, those who are first timer the and over bike and doing pre delivery inspection by their own, and problem on the bike came out they just tell take it to the service centre on joshi road.they provide space for other bike financer, other than hero fincorp, one of them agent is rakesh from hdfc finance, firstly the sale person in the store introduce rakesh to you, and then rakesh will provide very high interest rate finance option. Beware from this hero dealer.
Respected all I have start service of my vehicle No. DL3SFB7456 from Ess AAY service centre joshi road delhi by 1st service to till now but from 3rd service i have seen multiple problems in my vehicle after that i have start manny times visit to service enter for same problem but problem not solve The are enjoying the problem even Problems increase and create new problems There is not possible discuss the problem But i try to tell some problem following 1 Shocker, Handel noise 3rd service 2 Missing issue 3 starting issue with clutch and normal 4 automatically Engine of in running time 5 too much vibration 6 Full body Noise 7 head light not adjust properly 8 2nd gear shift tightly with noise 9 After the 2nd gear RPM go fast And many more So plz once be check it and if possible So solve it

When i m going to my 4th service they wasted my too much time and the supervisor behaviour was soo rude named Amit and i cant satisfied what they doing

My hero maestro no. DL8S BU 3672 service was done at your Anand Parbat center on 26/03/22 from Joy ride to be expired in April 22 also further Extended joy ride for a year but one service advance deducted. Please restore my all 4 services
Poor, sheer lack of professionalism. I don't know if they even understand what service means. Customers roam around, just to find someone who would take care of their concerns.
I am using their Joshi road service centre from Jan 2012 every time I got best service in all aspects quality of service, well behaved staff, right billing. Thanks a lot
Both Supervisor and employee chewing tobacco, very bad experience by every time, no washroom available at ground floor, always takes 30 to 40 minutes for billing and Clarence of service of bike gate pass.
Experience - Identification of problem is well address and explained. Genuine as well as, well skilled biketech. They explain each and every step which make the process alot transparent (best part about this service station). Most of the spares part are available here which reduce the stress of coustmer.

SUGGESTIONS- Only need to work on billing and desk work session bcz it consume alot time of coustmer.
