Wish I could give them Zero stars.
Highly unprofessional staff. Seems not at all interested to sell you the watch and treat you as if they are offering it for free. Even the price seems high when compared with other watch sellers. Paying premium to have worst costumer service is something not tolerable.

Ended up buying from Kapoor watch because the staff here is unprofessional. Would quote you some other price, and then when you actually go to buy, they will quote something else. And they don't even respond if you call these guys, if pre-sales experience is this, you know what to expect post-sales.

I had a great experience in the store. I bought a watch to gift a friend, and the watch I chose was a slightly damaged display piece. But they quickly arranged a fresh piece for me and delivered it home the next day. Heads up to Sudhanshu for his great customer service.

Went to buy a watch at their store after receiving a quote from one of their employees. Upon the reaching the store, the sales person says we can't give it to you at that price citing some technical details unless you can make us speak to that employee whose phone was then switched off due to some reasons. A total waste of time. Ended up getting the same watch at a better price from Kapoor watch & Co.

Staff are extremely polite & courteous & have have excellent knowledge about the watches.
The showroom has something for everyone. I will like to put in a special word of praise for Mr Palash & Mr Ashok the store manager.

My experience with ethos watches was great. Each and every staff was polite with the customer. And the products I had purchased were superb. I am very happy with the service they had provided. Will surely recommend ethos to everyone.

Ethos are not interested to sell watches. Customer service is horrible. No one is interested to assist the customer requirements. Follow up on sales is nil. Sales professionals are not at all interested in selling anything. Very unprofessional. Surprised to experience such a horrible service, that too for a luxury watches retailer. I definitely do not recommend Ethos.

Terrible payment experience both times I purchased watches from this store at Vegas mall. First time my international card didn't work and I had to resort to NetBanking for a 50k watch. Next time, they charged me 96000 instead of 89000 inr on my card when I made the purchase and have been unresponsive to requests of refunds directly to store staff and on email to [email protected].
If paying exorbitant amounts for watches can't guarantee customer service, I don't know what will. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for luxury watches
