Regarding a purchase, got in touch with their team and made the online payment through cc. Before few days of receiving the product i got the invoice from ethos where billing name was incorrect, however I refused to get the wrong invoice and a refund was promised from ethos representative. Since the promise it has been 16 days, they are hardly doing anything. I am getting assurances from their customer complaint team since a week now. A HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE anyone can face my 62700 rs is stuck or been taken and their response is we are working on refund from last 16 days. Wouldn’t recommend ethos to anyone!

Trying to get in touch with them they never get on a call and don't respond perhaps picking up the traits of classic service from the west

Great variety of watches. We'd been looking for a Rolex which has been very short of supply since last year, but found the exact model we were looking for at this outlet.
Sunny malhotra at the store was very warm, kind and assuring of the whole process.
Even their Omega variety is great!

Given that they are authorised dealers for many prominent brands, one has little choice but to go here.

Although the staff at the Saket outlet was quite courteous all the time, I found many foundational problems in Ethos' customer approach.

They (understandably) had only one piece of the watch I wanted in India, and that ended up getting sold to someone else. So I was required to put down an advance for a watch that I had never tried on. The receipt for the advance did not contain the name of the watch that was ordered, so it was a few months of waiting in uncertainty (but it arrived when they said it would).

They took ages to respond to any query on call and I had to speak to 3-4 different people before getting any answers to my most basic questions. This process was very exhausting and after a point I felt like I was convincing them to sell the watch to me.

I wouldn't go back here if I had the choice. But until more dealers get authorised by brands, I know I don't.

Live chat agent behaved very unprofessionally when i wanted to buy a seiko watch. He kept closing the chat thinking that i wont buy.
