Everything is as in the photo. Very authentic. Real India. This is not a luxury hotel, but there is a bed, a shower, we felt safe. The owner is friendly and helped us with everything.

Scam! Be aware.
The room was very dirty, mud in the sink and ants everywhere. The owner was very friendly, but tried to take me to friends of him to sell me overpriced sim card and train tickets. Be aware of this scam!

Greedy people keep asking for money even paid for entire month. Have to leave in a week even after paid for whole month

In this guest house, mataji (owner) takes care of all gest. She is kind mother's, that's why its good for family & couples, location also in residential area. Don't worry if you have car, it safe & free parking on road in front of gest house.

All facilities are available near hotel the behaviour of hotel management was excellent, If somebody want to stay then this is the best hotel near New Delhi railway station and it's prices are affordable.

It's a decent place to say in small budget amount. I stayed for five days there, the room had a air cooler, fan, bed, tv with stand (doesn't works) and attached bathroom.
It's a very compact room, you'll not have a lot of space to move around, the bed occupies like 90% of space. If you wanna work or do anything else other than sleeping, you'll not find this comfortable.

I suggest you to look into the rooms properly once you get there, check if the door - both bathroom door and the main one - locks completely.

The streets are vibrant and packed with stores, you'll get anything there.

The host was very supportive throughout my stay, felt like home.
This amazing accomodation is located in almost middle of the Paharganj area so the local market is just few steps away and reaching nearby locations was is convenient. Although I chose a non AC room, the owner still provided Cooler for convenience.

This hotel is very nice yard, it has bus stand nearby. Metro station is also nearby. Everything you need will be found here, there is also a medical shop nearby. The hotel is very clean, owner's behavior is also very good, you also have free wifi here. Here you will feel like family

A nice place to stay. You won't find such an awesome place to stay at such an affordable in New Delhi.
You will find every necessary things just nearby of it.
Railway station and metro station are nearby of it. You will find many types of food vendor and restaurant just nearby of it.
And more important, the staff and owner behaviour is very cooperative. They are always ready to listen your queries at any time.
In nutshell, it is Home outside the home.

This guest house is at a walking distance from New Delhi railway station. Nice hospitality, fast response to any query. And affordable rooms. Overall a good place to stay.

I stayed there in a single room on offline booking in winter, its best in winter but not in hot summer.
They charged 400 per day its quite reasonable.

was in Deutschland einmal der Werbespruch einer Fremdenverkehrswerbung war, hatten wir ganz konkret wieder einmal im Ever Green Guesthouse erlebt: Urlaub bei Freunden! Perfekt neben der Piste, bester Service und eine herrliche Auswahl an indischen street-food fußläufig! Es gibt aber auch einen kleinen Supermarkt der 24/7 geöffnet hat und ebenso internationale Waren führt. Sehr positiv ist mir die Nähe zu den beiden Stations aufgefallen. Das Doppelzimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Mitarbeiter im Guesthouse, die auch gerne mal einen Sonderwunsch erfüllen) - Ich freue mich schon aufs nächste Mal!

Good economical hotel for people on a tight budget, but no hot water, no soap and no wifi. - all for extra cost (they advertised free wifi)
Dirty sheets, dirty blanket, bad pillow.they gave me smokers room even when I selected non-smoking! No ventilation and fan speed was fixed on high, speed regulator did not work.
Room was dusty, not able to open window.

Extremely hot to stay in non AC room in Delhi in May (43degres). Impossible to sleep. Only window faced a very loud and busy street. Ended up taking a different hotel for the night while leaving my bags here. Would recommend spending about 1000rps on a nice room with inside toilet. This place only offers shared toilet and shower. For 500rps +500rps for airport shuttle better rooms can be found. Staff arranged airport shuttle and it was on time which was fine. Also the owner took me around to spice and tea stores which was nice but I told him I wasn't intered in buying these items and he insisted, so I was a bit put off by that. Generally nice though and let me keep my bags at the hotel after check out from 12 until airport shuttle at 4pm.
Would honestly pay a bit more and stay nicer another time. Delhi is tiring and a good night's rest is important
