It's been a month using the ergonomical chair, it's very comfortable and was delivered on time.

Bht achi office chairs. Humne apne office ke liye khareedi thi or chairs bht hi achi nikli hai.

Chair price ok, delivery ok, but chair quality very low, i bought a hydraulic chair from him, they deliver this on same day but with in two Month chair breaking different sites, when I informed him for this they replied that it will be chargble to repair this, so my request to company plz improve ur quality, , , thanks

Got this Boss chair, after looking all the reviews. Price is absolutely awesome so is the look, but not the quality of chair.especially in long run, its been 3 months approx.the softness of cushion has gone down, now it feels like i am sitting on a block.another big problem is when you bend backward.it creates lot of annoying sounds.honestly speaking.i should have invested more and would have bought a good brand chair.sadly would not recommend

Bought a chair on 22nd July, no bargaining or nothing paid 6K for it, today is OCT 1st. For 2 weeks, the chair is wobbly, messaged him and sent a photo of a piece that broke in half, was told to put Elfie and put it back, can't find the other half so asked if he has the piece, answer you have to get the whole hydraulic for a little washer that broke. Guess what, of course it's not covered in the warranty and there is nothing they can do. This is where small business stay small, CUSTOMER SERVICE and eventually everyone buys from Amazon or Flipkart, service. Learnt my lesson, stay away from such sleazy businesses with no morals and ethics, just worried about the next sale not CRM.
Needless to say, if you want a good product, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.
Imagine they don't have a replacement for this piece, buy a 3d printer and print it.
