Excess Baggage delivery Services - Delhi - Avaan Excess

Will update review based on refund process: I did a lot of research on this company before using them; many reviews on TripAdvisor and elsewhere mentioned pick up delays, broken luggage, etc. Still, there were some good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I reached out prior to booking and was assured that service was available in my area. I was assured that it was and paid an extra charge related to the extra distance. Day of pickup my husband confirmed they were coming by - pm as promised. No pick up that day with am email expressing apology. Next day no word until I messaged after 5PM. My questions took longer than expected to get answers and I asked for a refund. Next day, I was assured pickup would definitely happen and think they finally asked their partners at Gati to collect our luggage. Gati called and kept asking when we were leaving. They finally called again at 4PM and notified me they would be adding their own truck, wrapping, and packing charges. This was my final straw and I cancelled Now they are trying to use the far location as the excuse for everything. Bad information, bad service, and bad excuses. Big time waste. If I can actually received my refund within a few days and they don't waste more of my time, I may bump this review up by one star.

Never use this service! This company is terrible They never picked up our luggage after they had already received payment. They repeatedly promised to pickup our luggage. Never showed up. Then they delayed refund. VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!

Door to door service is very good really good experience is last journey i can suggest more people because laugage ruin are trip and avaan service is very handy to more enjoy are trip

I recently used Avaan Excess for my travel needs, and I must say, it was a game-changer. The convenience of having my luggage picked up from my doorstep and delivered straight to my destination made the entire travel experience remarkably smooth. My luggage arrived in perfect condition, and the entire service exceeded my expectations.

Very pathetic service, they charged high and delivery done with damaged luggage after 5 days. No customer support
