Worse experience.if you are going to disable your connection then customer will submit their devices no one come to collect. After 70 day waiting I have submitted device to local cable wala Maurya cable.

You guys are thief i disconnected my connection from Noida in July and it's November you didn't return my ₹1000 (the amount you to took for the modem at the time of installation). I contacted you guys on 11th October as well but still you guys didn't refund my money back. I would definitely approach to the consumer court for such service

I am extremely satisfied with the excitel.
They provide as per promised speed, and customer support is also very good. After raising the ticket it is solved within 2 hours. Sometimes it took too much time. But, it is accepted. Everything is good except charges, charges are high as compare to other broadband connection.

Worst services ever I had there is no customer support no problem solving I'm facing los connection issue since morning and it's been almost a whole day I have missed my important meeting and I am not available to do my work just bcz of there poor services.

Frauds. Worst internet. Worst support. They are not returning Security deposit after disconnection. I am trying hard since 1 month to get money back. Will go for police complaint. Please stay away from Excitel.

Contrary to the agathakakological brickbat reviews I can certainly vouch that despite the not so cromulent perception, Excitel has served me in the best possible Manner including but not limited to customer support in keeping me online at all times. Go for it without any hestitation

I had my wifi connection on 13.02.23.
It stopped working on 11.3.23 in the evening. I raise a ticket today.
Now I recieve a call from customer care that to resolve your problem we need 50 meter wire, that I will have to pay.

What is this
In less than a.month wire is not working and they r asking to pay for this while I have taken 5999/- plan for a year.

This is ridiculous, even after 24 hrs my issue not resolved, ground team also not picking up the phone.

Resolve thiis problem otherwise I m going to raise this issue to highier authorities.

Worst customer care service i would suggest not to buy this, there are many more good service proders are available.

"This is really unfair service which has been given by excitel team.
I have submitted device in the month of aug'22 but the refund is not yet received after making multiple calls and follow ups.
When this connection was sold it was clearly mentioned amount will be refunded after one month of device submission. Later on the same was extended to 90 days when I called to customer service.

This is morethan 6 months and i have not received amount. "

They are fruads
They just loot money, when you pay for installation
Their ground team says they will be back in 10 minutes with the router
They never came back and stopped picking calls
Their customer support plays around by transferring you from this person to another
Theri escalation head Shreya Sharma never responds, they are not responsive in calls, Twitter emails or anything
You only have the option to file a police complaint against them

Worst broadband service in Delhi. Because of poor service, I have disconnected the service on 25th may & submitted all the devices but till 06th Aug, I have not received my security deposit back. Even there customer care service is worst, they are not responding in call or in chat, they will tell it will be updated soon but without solving the problem they will close the ticket. So please please don't apply excitel internet.

Worst services from last thirty days my broadband is not working.after recharge my connection for six months it's not working and i received call from their customers care please deposit 2000 more to upgrade connection. I deposit that amount also.after taking money they are unable to provide service.they have no reply they just said i mark your complaint as urgent.when i ask to refund my amount they reply we don't have any policy to return your amount

I wish I could have read the reviews before taking this network.talk about their customer service or issue raising dikhawa! Sham.
My issue have not been solved even after given time which was 5 days. Who takes 5 days in todays time? Even after 5 days, they fail to solve.
I have done multiple calls and chats, sent emails still nothing. No one is responsible and accountable.
At this time to competition, they stand no where.
My issue have not been solved, it's over 9 days now. Regional partner doesn't respond. Ground team is as pathetic as someone could even think.
Recommend NOT to take this. Give extra rupee and invest in Airtel or some other where customers are taken seriously and not for granted.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. Customer service is very bad. Inspite of calling multiple times they don't provide any resolution and instead give misleading information. Despite following up multiple times they are not resolving my issue. They were supposed to close my connection and transfer the balance days to new connection. The deadline is long past but no progress or concrete action from them. There are too many complaints of them not returning security deposit (I don'tknow when i will get mine). Please stay away from this Company.

Pathetic after sale services. We informed the excitel team through there app chat a several times about the termination.

And every time I call my local agent here in Indirapuram he says he is not able to see any ticket raised from the team.

Worst service dont take this service particularly in Nand Gram, Meerut Road, Ghaziabad. As per the executive of the Company their local service provider in the area does not heed to the Company's directions/requests. Repeated complaints of malfunctioning of Wi Fy of Excitel since installation has fallen to deaf ears. Complaints have been made for rectification of the problem repeatedly to the Customer Care, Help Desk and even the CEO of Excitel but to no avail. They have not even bothered to visit the place of installation of the Wi-Fy of Excitel after collecting the money.

The worst connection in whole new delhi. No proper customer support, people dont come if you complain your internet connection, whatever ticket you raise they close the ticket without even getting solved. In short dont waste your money here.

Pathetic and horrible services, 13th July 2022 I called to take the new connection for 3999 for 300mbps for 6 months as it was an offer sent to me.then +918448382294 got call from this number about connection around 11 am, it was promised that I would get the connection by evening around 5: 30 pm.and this was also promised by the agent who took the bookings, so I did make the payment around 12: 30pm. After which I waited for 5 pm, then i was shared this number +918588854347 for connection. At first +918588854347 informed that I would get at 5: 30 pm, then 7: 30 pm then 9: 30 pm at last it expedite till tomorrow. They guys we're not sure what they were doing. At last they offer to return the money. And I lost my one day pay cz not able to login for the new connection.the at night I called the cu care number+911169656965 select billing as option 3, then the lady said it's not billing and it's tech support. Now my concern is will the service provider pay for my time lost and the salary that I lost for the day. Waiting for response I am pretty sure you will have my details in records.

SAITECH Pathetic distributor in Timarpur, Delhi.

Frequent Internet breakdown and distributor never sends guys to fix INTERNET in time, usually it takes 4-5 hours to fix Internet whatever the problem is there. But it is new heights now, no internet since 31 December, 2021, around 5: pm and now on 1st January, 2022 till 19: 45, bybthebtime of writing this, there is no Internet at home, the guy will come tomorrow to fix, can you believe this. More than 24 hours without internet and payment in advance.

It is new year friends are calling from different parts of countries and overseas but no Internet.

Since morning distributor is giving lame excuses and even arguing.

He said what if I had connection with MTNL. So Exicitel is competing with MTNL and is on its way to death like MTNL.

They have not yet submitted our GST Invoice on the GST portal, I had complained to you on 18 October 2021 but still, this bill has not been submitted online yet. I am constantly following up with them for this. But they haven't filed this bill yet. Their service is very worst.

One of the worst services you can possibly get.practically non existent wifi.frequent drops, sometimes for days together.veru slow resolution if at all any.cherry on top is the exceptionally horrible customer service.it is difficult to find customer service representatives whose levels of incompetence are unmatched! Third class company, not able to restore the problem from last 6 days. Also denied to refund the money if anyone want to discontinue the service. I am facing issue from last 6 days in badarpur delhi. My internet connectivity is lost since 1 month.i have been complaining since last 10 days continuously.but no resolution has been provided.i have e mailed them on their helpdesk as well as their nodal officer's mail id also.they keep on saying plz wait plz wait.i am demanding my money back but they are not refunding as well.i suggest u to not go with excitel.they just do not listen to the problems of customer.better go with another broadband.

Services qre really disappointing. There local brand partner is charging extra payment for optical fibre in cash or pytm whereas customer services were continuously denying that they do not charge anything extra other than plan and 2000 rs security charges. They were unable to solve my problem and ultimately i have to drop there connection. Pathetic services.

This company is scam, do not pay them for router.once you disconnect youe connection they will ask you to visit their partner to submid device ten will ask to wait for 30 days to get refund.
