Worst connection I've ever had subscribed for 200mbps yet having the speed of 20 Mbps what a waste of money

The speeds are good but down times are too frequent. And moreover when you put a report, even their replies seem like even they dont know what the hell is going on. It feels like internet will go and come whenever it wants! Not so sure about the fiber connection

Edit: Switched to fiber connectivity is much better with speed as well

If there can be a negative star something like that I would love to give it to them. Their services are worst in this area (raj nagar 2 palam). Internet getting suddenly disconnected for no reason at all! Suppose you are in a important office meeting you really can't rely on these guys. Ans their customer end support Is good in talking only they really don't have any power at once my connection went down for 4 straight days! I kept calling them and they keep saying that ground team is at work with no updates at all!
I tried getting fibre installed as it was promising from their end but guess what after pre payment of 2000 they give you a dead line of one month until when fiber will be installed and after wating for over 45 days or so I myself cancelled myrequest for fibre as I don't trust these guys anymore haven't seen such level of ignorance in a company, Right now, when I am writing this review my internet is down for more than 14 hours and guess what nobody knows whyyyyy.please save yourself by not opting excitel it is the biggest mistake I have done you may be wondering if I am this much unsatisfied why I haven't switch. Well I trusted these guys and recharged for whole year, and now repenting the same mistake I have done pleaase if your reading this plase for God sake go for other internet providers There are so many good options in market right now

Kindly take the advice and do not fall for this place, go somewhere else and if you prefer exictel kindly ask them to refer you to some other provider but not this place, neither the owner nor the partner nor the employees can be trusted here. Kindly warn everyone you know against them.

Owner and the partner both are ill mannered. Kindly do not trust them with anything at all.

Fraud, the brand is good but this service provider is a complete and utter fraud, will never get any security or money back on the products. The place must shut down.

Worst internet provider ever. Total waste of money.

1. Customer support is bad.
2. Speed fluctuates and constant ping issues.
3. Non professional staff.

Its been more than 72 hours now.still no response in sight. You call them and customer agent says the systems are down, so cant see the request. Rest just say, we are working on it

Finally I got a call after two months (I had already moved to Airtel), that Excitel has aligned a technician to fix it.

I can't believe how companies like Excitel survive in this highly competitive field and who invests in them.

Worst ever internet provider. Please never ever go for excitel where everyday you face frequent disconnections and very bad service from customer care.

The speed is good but the internet connectivity is one of the worst in this area, their net gets down every time on a frequent bases.
