Worst service ever seeen by this fraud company. Don't takee there connections otherwise you all will suffer like uss. They don't receive the call they don't listen anything worst experience I have.

It's been more than 10 daysbut no one bother to resolve my issue and I m keep calling to customer service I made the payment to upgrade to fiber connection but they are not giving me service or refund

Please avail some other services this is a fraud company. They do not have any customer care at all. I am facing my internet down but they are not responding on call and chat this is completely bluff

Worst Internet Connection in the are. Everyday internet remains down for hours. Fluctuates on every 5 minutes. No one comes to resolve your issue. No phone number to contact them due to lock down. I just keep raising ticket on the app 3 times a day. It gets resolved for some time then starts showing the same issues, everyday! They don't visit your home to check of there is any hardware problem. I called my area's excitel provider. He talked to me so rudely, pathetically when I asked them to visit my home to check the problem as if I owe him money! I mailed to them and there is no reply on the mail as well. Don't get this connection. I was helpless because there was no airtel Xfiber or Jio Fiber. But now airtel XFiber is going live this month. I am happy that finally I can switch my broadband. You'll regret everyday if you get their connection. Trust me!
