Worst internet provider ever. Total waste of money.

1. Customer support is bad.
2. Speed fluctuates and constant ping issues.
3. Non professional staff.

They are fraud.

One of the worst ISP, Don't even think of getting their services. There is no proper complaint system, if you are a working guy then there's no way you are wasting 15 days in registering the complaint.

Biggest Scam ISP, chor company, don't waste money, they never provide service & they provide only problem

If you want to use internet use any other provioder.
Excitel is worst. Every other day its down. No resolution for 72 hours. Field agents won't pickup phone. Customer service won't connect.

I just started using thede service for the last one month, and i need to call them everyday.

I think your mobile 2g internet is more trusted then their service.

Whenever you call them, they always say that the backend is down. I am also an engineer but don't know whats type of backend are they using.

Pathetic service, please read before taking new connection.

Better if you go with Airtel, jio, act or other service. You will regret after having Excitel as a internet service provider.

Would give rating in minus if possible. Most pathetic service. Everyday I face issues with connectivity. I have to call customer service everytime which by the way is worse than their internet.

Worst Broadband company I've ever used. They just scam customers the connection wont be even half of the speed advertised on the good connection days which is very rare. They will give 1-2 Mbps speed on 100 Mbps pack 10/30 days. No response from Excitel Regional Partner- Jai Singh Cable Network. No one will pick up phone call. They will lure you into paying 750 Rupees for Fibre connection upgrade and then say it will take months to get installed and will keep your money forever. Total scam company. Beware and never opt for Excitel in West Delhi ever.

My experinece with Excitel is worst.after installing and getting paid they just don't care whatever plan you have and if your internet is working or not. Customer care does not respond.person who installed is such a ******, he does not even picks your call. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I called Excitel for a new connection and these guys are soo unprofessional in talking.won't suggest anyone for their service

Truly unlimited one of the best service provider in Delhi sometimes issue in speed but they just solve it within 2.3 hr just update the issue in their app and done.very much satisfied with the service.
Plans are also very affordable.

WORST- Pathetic Service in Jaipur, Wasted my money as zero service, no response of complaints for 8 days.
