This seems like a frauders arena. They have asked for advance of 10,000 and after the advance and its been more than 2 weeks after the payment, they arent sharing any further details.

For past week, when ever I call them, hardly I get to talk to them and whenever they do, they say the product is ready and will share the pics and videos and its been a week now, nothing I got.

Now they stopped responding to my calls, both the sales girl and the owner sunil shaw. Such unprofessional guys. I’m thinking of taking legal action against these ppl.

Please ppl do think twice before trusting ppl like this.

These guys are FRAUDS! Stay away! They ask for an advance payment and do not deliver any product. They've refused to refund my money and have now stopped responding to my calls and messages. Filing a police complaint against them for this scam!

Don't give any advance payment to this fraud company they don't pick any call and the lady caller who work her they don't no how to talk very RUDE staff and owner block my no also. I totally wasted my money

Giving too much good and best services, and product quality is very good, again I'll want to purchase from here.

I ordered hotel items during this lockdown period. In this unfavorable condition the vendor is committed in providing good service. Though the order was late by 4 days that is negligible. Prices are low and quality is above average.

Exotika took 2 months to process my order. I had to chase them to get my order delivered. They never picked up the phone after I made the payment to them. Before payment they emailed and called me every second day to follow up on the order.

They charged me for some items and never sent them. The delivery had damaged goods as well. Overall a horrible experience of purchasing from this company.

To top it all, their amenities are not of good quality and started smelling after 4 months of storage.

I have ordered toiletries for my hotel from this vendor and till now there is no complaints. Though quality is not that great but good for this price range.

Sir i invested 35000 but still sended wrong items and also the product quality is poor
