Had a very bad experience. I booked a 16 Seater Tempo Traveler for attending a Reception at AGRA. I was shown very good pics of a new vehicle at the time of booking. Mr. Sanjay Jha changed the pics at the last moment and sent a old vehicle which was in a very shape. The vehicle was noisy, had torned seats, the roof & floor was ugly and damaged. Finally, I had to return the vehicle and hired three Innvoa/Ertiga.

Mr. Sanjay Jha took an advance booking amount of Rs. 2000/- which he never returned.

Don't deal with these people.

Not even a single star rated but -5 star rated both owner n driver.driver gives wrong report to owner n then owner calls back the vehicle while abusing the customer n leaves them there itself.don't even think to book this travel agent at any time.they will just influence you and then cheat you. A Genuine Wisher for all the families n friends

This is dumb service system with unprofessional team. They are very rude and the driver will be guiding you only to put you in trap to get more money

It was a pleasant experience with this company. I didn’t have any major problems with their handling and managing of things! The driver Azaz was very cooperative and navigated well during a highway-protest which made the route from a 10 hour drive to 16 hours.

You can rely on them for long road trips, barring a few problems the services are decent.

Bad experience. Please don't trap due to low budget because of they don't have any pass for tourism they take wrong path to save money. We reach 12 hours later at our destination. 7 times tyre puncture. They always try to make money from you. Bad condition traveller, no experienced driver.

They provide you faulty vehicles. Tire blast one time and 7 time puncher, No proper documents, Agency owner is also very rubbish guy. He will talk you as a gangster,
Driver Ramesh is liar. He Don't know how to drive on road, how to talk with customer.
He was using phone while driving, when we
Ask not to use phone, he start fighting,
Even he started fighting with customer and tried to hit by rod to one person of my group.

Ye agency fraud hai, owner fraud hai, driver fraud aur batmeez hai. Gadiya kharb date hai. 10 hours ka safer me 24 gante se jada laga dete hai.aur apse se extra charge bhi

I booked them for 21st to 26th. They'll give you a rate of around 2000-2500 less than the competition. But you'll anyway end up paying it in the hotels where you'll be staying extra cause their travelers are in such a bad condition. Which happened with me.

The tire got punctured at 12 midnight and the driver had no Stepney. Plus the starter motor of the vehicle wasn't working hence we had to push start it everytime.

Plus while we were about to enter chandigarh the race wire of the cab broke. And we reaached Delhi from Chandigarh.
Don't even think of booking with them.

Very professional company with dedicated employees. Booked 9 seater tempo traveller for agra trip, vehicle is in good condition and we enjoy our tour very much. Thank for good arrangements.

One couldnt have had a worse experience with this tour and travels.
Driver was drunk on duty.
Mr sunil supporting the driver.charging extra litreally for nothing.one should never risk their life by booking such third class travelers from these kind of people

Very bad service fuddu owner the traveller is also very bad can’t speed up after 30kmph it took me 35hour to reach from kasol to Delhi plus multiple tyre puncture and the arrogant guys who don’t know how to talk.

Don't book any vehicle in advance. At the time of journey they will change vehicle and route details.

Worst experience ever, don't book because of lower rates, they force you to pay more during journeys. Cab owner and driver both are extremely arrogant, owner threatened us over call and driver tried to hit us with a metal rod.
Also traveller was in very bad condition, tyre got punctuared 7 times, documents not completed.

1. Driver was driving dangerously on hill roads, when we asked him to drive properly, he abused us and threatened us.

2. Tire's were all worn out and we had tire burst 8 times during 500 kms trip. We got lucky that we are still alive.

3. These people charged us 4000 rupees more because of their faults.

4. The owner threatened us when we said that we will go to police for abrupt behavior of the bus driver.

Pathetic service we booked well in advance but one day prior we only called him but Sunil Jha told me that he doesn't have 16 seater as it's not available then we told him how come we have booked well in advance and last moment you are saying that you don't have it and then last moment he is like I can arrange 12 seater instead of 16 but it would be expensive and you tell me you want to book or not last moment he did this and was very rude and said do whatever you want to do I will not arrange it. Reverted on mail to but he didn't revert very unprofessional and I would suggest not to book experience tours as they are fraud. I would suggest not to trust Sunil Jha.

Really a very bad experience. No one would expect and want such rude type of behaviour by the driver as well as the owner especially when you are travelling with your family.

We went to jim corbett, pathetic company.
We said that we wil leave early in the morning at 5 am to the driver, he said y do u want to go so early? I wil come at 7am, i hav to sleep also. We complainted the owner he was drunk at that time he said it’s our tempo traveller we wil do according to ourselves. The driver does rash driving. We had kids in tempo still he didn’t care. The driver smokes too while deiving. At end time the owner was saying to cancel before going, we didn’t had any option we had to go, but please don’t go for this company.
