I was planning my surgery from eye 7. So, I visited many time to eye 7 lajpat nagar center and I always found some people in trouble because the d'int get correct vision after surgery. So, I recommend you visit here for laser surgery because they will not take any responsibility after surgery. They only believe in quantity not quality. So I am dropping my plan for epi contura

This hospital is only for rich peoples. They takes money on every little step even if you need water then purchase per glass water in 7 rs and then only you have it. They starts with 1000 rs consultation fee and then they suggest me a test which is of 2000 or something else amount for you, which is also understandable but a doctor there she suggest me for contact lenses and she send me on reception, after they ask for 2000rs more only for contact lenses trial these 2k only for trial. I also went in other hospital previously but they didn't ask money for trial.
So, I request to all middle class peoples, please don't go there. There are allot of good eye hospitals in market. This hospital is only run on the name of Dr rahil chaudhry rest of the doctors are as same as in market, please go on some other good eye clinics if you want to save your hard earned money. Otherwise they take allot of money from your savings.

I got contoura eye surgery from Eye7 Lajpat Nagar branch by Dr. Rahil. It was a very smooth and great experience, got done in hardly 10-15 mins.
The only issue I felt was that I did not get any call from hospital before surgery, I had to call multiple times myself to confirm timings.
Other than that the actual surgery experience was great and no problems post-op. Would definitely recommend.

Maine Contoura vision specs removal ki surgery karwayi hai 6th october ko par meri aankho ka flap khol ke surgery hui hai aur video me ye without flap dikhate hai, to pahle confirm kar lena ke kaunsa procedure hoga.surgery achi hui hai aur doctor bhi ache hai koi dikkat nahi. Main problem hai wahan ka management aur staff. Staff koi help nahi karta file aage badhani hai to khud se baat karni padegi nahi to ghanto wait karna padega. Do buildings me test hota hai to confusion zyada hai. Mere saare test hone k baad doctor ne bataya k koi problem nahi hai surgery k liye.
Mera appointment shaam ko 5 baje tha surgery ka lekin mujhe 1 se 2 baje ke beech jaldi bulaya, thode test hue surgery se pahle phir se aur 4 baje operation theatre me transfer kiya gaya, mere saath 4 aur log the. 2 ghante baithe rahne ke baad unhone bahot kahne pe bataya ke cornea chota hai jo inko testing ke time batana chahiye tha aur abhi 20 se 30 min aur lagenge, uske baad bhi mera number 2 ghante baad aaya. 20 min k operation ke liye 4 ghante wait karna pada.
Next day followup ke liye subah 9 baje bulaya tha poochne par wait karne ko kaha, 30 mins wait karne ke baad jab dobara poocha to staff ne testing room me jane ko kaha, jab wahan gaye to dekha poora staff khali baitha tha aur followup me sirf 5 min lage, itne se kaam k liye poora ek ghanta lagaya jabki staff khali sofe pe baitha tha. Surgery ke liye 5 star lekin management aur staff ki wajah se 3 star de raha hu.

I’ve been very skeptical about doing anything to my eyes but I’m so glad I found the courage to get the countora vision surgery done at eye7. The whole process was medically professional. Rigorous tests are conducted to ensure the best treatment for you. Dr Rahil calms and assures you through the whole process as well. Would highly recommend the hospital for anything eye related.

Doctors are good but the management is so pathetic cannot even tell. They are so puny that they charged my credit card though I had policy and while refunding asked me to pay 2% charges that they are paying to credit card company. Extremely pathetic experience. Would recommend Vasan Eye Care or Center for sight. Donot waste your energy fighting these extremely stupid people.

Pros:
1. Doctor Rahil is friendly. He answered all my questions patiently.
2. They handle a lot of cases daily, so they seem experienced.

Cons:
1. Waiting time- even with appointment, you can expect to have waiting time at least 2-3 hours on average.
2. I was a little shocked when the doctor attended his phone while operating on me in operation room. Phones are strictly prohibited otherwise.
3. On weekends the place is very crowded.

Consider these before you step here
1. Pathetic que management. One have to wait longer where other can cut the line.
2. They might ask for test which are not only addition to doctor fee but also very costly.
3. I had to wait for very longer duration to get later they suggested to come tomorrow. Pathetic response.
4. Overall expenses are very high here. Think before you go here.

Long waiting hours no proper managment i had an appointment of 9am but got done my lasik on 5pm
No proper sitting arrangement.

I have done contoura vision. And preferred to go there if any one wants to specs free life. Dr. Rahil is soo good in his profession also assist you very well.
But one thing which is not good is waiting time. After taking appointment I need to wait five hours approx.to meet doc even my appointment timing was 11 AM.
Post check up and all waiting is too much it should be reduce.

My daughter have undergone contoura vision surgery which cost around 1Lakh, after surgery she was given protection glass (should keep to eyes for one month at least) by hospital management, it have very poor quality &may cost around 50 rs, got broken next day itself. Highly required to the management is to maintain the standard of quality.

The best place to get your vision corrected. Dr Rahil is very experienced and soft spoken. Gives the best advice.listens to all questions patiently. Contura Surgery is not at all painful and vision gets back to notmal just in a few days. The staff members at reception, tests and PA Anmit were all very sweet and cooperative. I would definitely recommend eye7 to people looking for specs removal.

Too Bad management. No social distancing No Covid precautions. No proper sitting arrangement, The hospital is earning ample of money every day. They should at least make proper arrangements (Basic) for their patients.

Worst management, (Lagpat Nagar) Specially those girls who are at the reception. They even don't know how to talk, the clinic should give them some Behaviour Training then they should let them sit at the reception, and The girl stand outside the doctor's Cabin. I recently had my eye lasik surgery done by dr rahil sir.i have a clear vision now thanks to the doctor who have such a great knowledge and experience and moreover the machines are also best in the market.the main problem with eye7 hospital was the front desk management girls, sir you should definitely look for it a. Except anmit ji and one more girl no one was talking properly to any patient. But, am happy as the end result was good! ️

एक आम आदमी के समय की कोई वैल्यू नहीं होती हमारे भारत देश में, यह मुझे कल Eye7 (Dr Rahil Chaudhary जी) की ऑनलाइन doctor consultation की अपॉइंटमेंट बुक करवाने के बाद पता चला। जब 05: 00 PM पर रात 9 बजे के लिए, प्रीपेड अपॉइंटमेंट बुक करवाई तो लगा चलो अब देश बदल रहा है डॉक्टर से समय पर और सरल तरीके से बात हो सकती है।

इसलिए अपने सारे काम छोड़ कर ऑफिस से जल्दी घर आकर डॉक्टर जी के कॉल का इंतजार करने लगा। पर जब लगा की डॉक्टर जी शायद किसी मरीज या किसी अन्य जरुरी काम में व्यस्त है तो पता चला की वो तो normal person है ही नहीं:). आम इंसान तो हम जैसे है जिनको इंतजार करने का आदि होना चाहिए पर क्यों इंतजार करें। अगर इंतजार करना है ही तो सरकारी अस्पताल न चला जाएं इलाज तो वहां भी हो ही जाता है।

मुझे अच्छे से पता है कोरोना काल में डॉक्टर और स्वास्थ्य - कर्मी बहुत व्यस्त है। पर अगर कोई व्यस्त है तो आप अपॉइंटमेंट बुक क्यों कर रहें है, आप जब उपलब्ध तब का समय दें।

मैं यहां screenshot भी डाल रहा हूँ ताकि आम आदमी को समझ में आए की उनके समय की कोई वैल्यू नहीं है। और डॉक्टर normal person नहीं होते। और साथ ही हमारे देश में हेल्थ सेक्टर में hospitality नाम की कोई चीज़ नहीं होती। क्योंकि यहाँ डॉक्टर normal person नहीं होते:)

It was done teleconsultation for my child for eyes problem. Given 7 days medicine & got improvement in first dose. Dr. Rahul is a highly experienced.

I wanted to get rid of spectacles since quite sometime and came across the new technology Contoura Vision that Eye 7 clinic got to India.

With lots of questions in mind, I met Dr Rahil Chaudhary at Eye 7 Lajpat Nagar and he answered all my queries to my satisfaction. The pre check tests were done on high end machines and I got clearance to go ahead from Dr Rahil. He has made very useful videos on Youtube and next couple of days I just scrolled through most of these which helped me make my mind and go ahead with the procedure.

Reeta ji, the center manager was very supportive to answer all our questions and even helped in fixing up a convenient date/ time and get me ready for the surgery.

We were introduced to Ms. Anmit Kaur on the day of the surgery and she ensured that everything happens smoothly. All tests on the day of surgery were performed in a timely manner and she even made us meet Dr Rahil just before the surgery and had our last minute queries resolved.

The surgery was performed by Dr Rahil with such precision and care and the entire OT staff was trained very well to perform their duties and take proper care of the patients.

I really want to thank Dr Rahil Chaudhary for the amazing work that he is doing and helping so many people in getting their vision restored. It is an amazing feeling to look at the world clearly without the hassle of wearing spectacles.

My sister had Contura Surgery in Eye7 Hospital Lajpat Nagar Delhi Branch last week.

As I received response from sister that surgery was very smooth with no pain and I was with her all time starting from testing, surgery till follow up. In the whole process I found all the members from hospital is very cooperative and responsive specially PA to Dr. Rahil "Anmit Kaur".

Overall I am satisfied with the process, just waiting time for each patient and social distancing at hospital can be improved more.

Eye7 and the whole team is really committed for every patients well being and have been extremely supportive throughout.

I suffer from Keratoconus a disease in which the cornea bulges out in a conical fashion causing blurred vision and irregular astigmatism, due to which I suffered a lot. I had wandered to many hospitals but the treatment of Keratoconus is not available everywhere and seemed unreliable, and my vision was deteriorating.
